The Quest of Yggdrasil
Are you dead? Did you die the death of a hero? Are you the offspring of a God?
Welcome to Hotel Valhalla!
Note: This RP is based on but not dependent on the events of Rick Riordan's series Magnus Chase.

Hotel Valhalla is the paradise for
warriors, or einherjar, in the service of Odin, located in the
Grove of Glasir in Asgard. It was founded and owned by Odin and
managed by Helgi.
Hotel Valhalla has 540 floors with 540 doors leading out into the nine worlds. The Hotel has exit points all over the Nine Worlds. The one that the human demigods enter through is from Midgard, specifically in Boston, as Boston is the magical center of Yggdrasil. The Nine Worlds tend to overlap there more than any other location in the realms, hence the hotel's location is one of convenience.
There are a lot of pastimes in Valhalla such as battle training, white water rafting, even, as Halfborn Gunderson says, learning a new language and becoming multi-lingual.
The elevators' cage door was made out of spears. Overlapping gold shields lined the walls. The control panel had so many buttons, it stretched from floor to ceiling. Valkyries are people chosen by Odin to be the staff and caretakers of Valhalla.
One Valkyrie is assigned to each einherjar. Out of all the Valkyries a captain is chosen.
The einherijar of Valhalla all are preparing for Ragnarok, so battle training is of much importance to them.

Appearance: Black-haired, tall boy. Wears a red t-shirt and three-quarter pants. Has a golden magical watch, which does lot more than just saying the time.
Backstory: Used to live in India with his brother Rohit, before he got to know they were sons of Loki. They died in a supposed plane crash.
Weapon: An enchanted resizable sword.
Others: He wanted Sumarbrander but couldn't get it cause it belonged to Magnus XD Also, can shapeshift. He is mostly calm and composed and cautious.

Appearance: Looks like Suvansh, just a bit shorter. Wears light blue shirt and half-jeans.
Backstory: Same as Suvansh.
Weapon: Can control water mostly to his will. (Like Percy a bit) and uses a folding pocket dagger, which is enchanted to reappear at his pocket whenever he wishes so.
Others: Is quick to make decisions.

Appearance: (Optional)Tall and muscular with short messy gold colored hair and electric blue eyes, even though he is a son, of Loki, he is very likeable and he likes to offer comical relief in any situation.
Backstory: (Optional)He died saving his family from wolves. There was a whole pack of them, and he grabbed the nearest thing he could find. A lead pipe. Before this, though, he and his family got along well. They lived in a small apartment, but his father had been missing for as long as he can remember. Because of this, and being the oldest, Mack felt responsible to take care of his family.
Weapon: (If Einharji)magical sword that can turn into a gold ring and then back into a sword at will. He also has a bow and arrows, but they are not magic and he does not use them as much.

Backstory: Her half sister, Lenora died a long side her. It caused some unrest, when her godly parent was announced
Personality: Doesn't trust people easily, and generally doesn't get a long with people. If she considers you a friend, she's a very loyal friend. She fiercely defends her little half sister and her family.

Backstory: She and Aurora died saving a little girl from drowning. They each had knives, that they had been using to cut the little girl free. Lenora died when a shark, one that probably would have killed the girl, bit into her lungs. Aurora died attacking and killing the shark
Personality: Unlike her sister, trusts almost everyone she meets and gets along easily with people. She's as fierce as her sister when someone hurts someone she cares about, but is generally more laid-back then her sister.

Short, black hair and golden-brown eyes. Honestly pretty lean and scrawny.
Backstory:
Lived with her mother and little brother her whole life. Seen things that she now knows are bits of norse mythology, but thought she was seeing things before. Doesn't know that she's a daughter of Heimdall, feels angry at her dad for leaving. Just died from a snakebite and taking a bad fall while defending her brother from a snake with a stick, thinks its honestly such an embarrasing way to die. Just arrived at Valhalla and has no idea what the flip is going on, needs to be shown around by someone.
Weapon:
Two swords made of bone steel, that can turn into gray wristbands.
Others:
Abilities: She has really good eyesight and hearing (no doubt from her godly parent side) and amazing focus. Has really good gut instincts, and knows when something's about to go badly.
Personality: Very patient, super hard to annoy or distract her from the task on hand. Pays attention to little details. Protective of others, takes things seriously.
Random: Favourite animals are horses, seals and rams (honestly I just wanted to add that cause its somewhat related to Heimdall).

Appearance: He's well over 6'6". His hair is dyed red, and he is very muscular. His face looks like a rock, only ever holding one emotion on it.
Backstory: He was a very active boy, commonly doing long runs around the entire city. However, on one of these runs, he was attacked on the outskirts of the city, a group of Draugar having been near where he was resting. The only reason he was killed was due to the fact that they took him by surprise.
Weapon: He's moved from a knife to a something like a bowstaff, but with long blades on either side of the handle.
