*Drake grab the diadem from hazel hand and throw it away from the group. He grab hazel and Maeve and use his body for cover to protect the two from the coming explosion that the grey fire was gonna set off* Brace yourself! *he hold them all tightly as he waited for the explosion to set off*

Hazel gripped Drake as she braced herself.

There was a BOOM as the crown burst into flames and continued to burn until Charlie made a bowl of what appeared to be moonlight and dumped water on the crown. There was a distinct hiss as the flames were put out.

*As the light began to drain from the kingdom, the horrific screams that came from the dungeons stopped. Talla walked out of them with blood splattered on her face and both bloody and bruised fists. She walked past a group of guards in a furious manner* Take her back to her cell I'm done with her for now. *The guards nodded and went into the dungeons to see a bloody Faith unconscious in her chair. They released her from her chair and began to drag her to her cell.*

*Maddy sat next to a tree, resting. She then felt something. Something unusual. She looked down and saw that her lower cloths were wet and felt a shooting pain in her belly* Oh hell! Drake! Charlie! I need help!

Hearing Maddy's shout Charlie got up and ran over to Maddy, her eyes widened in shock when she saw Maddy's water break. "Okay, Maddy, just relax. Deep breaths."

The gaurds thew Faith with a bit more force then needed in her cell and slamed teh cell door behind her. Faith started coming to a bit, but the pain was almost unbearable.

*Charlie helped Maddy up and lead her to her tent before laying Maddy down and running off to get the groups medic. Many thoughts began to rush through Maddy's head all at once as she cried out in pain. This cant be happening! Im not ready! I cant do this! I cant be a mother! I cant- but then Maddy stopped. She finally understood. No, this is happening! I am ready for this! I can do this! I can be a mother. I can be the mother I never had.*

Margo and Philip heard a shout, and turned in that direction. they had found the princceses. "who do you think that was?" asked Philip as a person led a woman to her tent. "that looked like drake and maddy, but i cant be sure. margo transform into a cat, and darted out from between philips legs befor he could land on her. he yelped, and margo hissed "SHHH! dont blow our cover." Philip mimed zipping his lips, and Margo rolleed her grey eyes in anoyance. Then Margo Poncedd on philip as he opend his mouth. "shh!" she whispered "Someone is coming!"

(Im just throwing Leaf in here again as the medic)

Charlie came back with Leaf, who helped get Maddy set up for delivery. This inculded removing Maddy's clothes waist down and carefully feeling Maddy's stomach for the child, a bucket of water was brought to clean the baby and some spare cloth to wrap it to keep him or her warm. "Okay Maddy, I need you to count the mintues between the contractions."

Charlie gripped Maddy's hand to give her support for what would be a large rough patch.

Margo sighed in relief as the two figures went into the tent without noticing them. philip grimised and gave an Im-sorry-about-that face. Margo just shook her head in frustration. "stay here" she told philip, and went to sit outside the tent charlie and maddy had went into. I million thoughts ran through her head. Why am i here? why am i doing this? Why did my parents abandon me? And why do i feel like im going to die soon?

*Maddy nodded her sweaty head and screamed in pain again as her contractions began to get worse and worse and shorter and shorter until Leaf began to rush slightly. Maddy felt exhausted but she knew that soon it would all be over*

"It's time, if we wait any longer we're risking the baby's life." Leaf balled up some cloth and put it in Maddy's mouth so she wouldn't break her teeth and to help muffle the cryies of pain. "You're going to need this."

It was an excruciating process, seconds felt like hours, time was at a standstill from moment to moment and it seemed like nobody could breathe. The contractions soon became sooner and longer, Charlie was forced to excruciatingly wait unable to help with much more, which tortured her. All she could do what make sure that Maddy was comfortable, or as comfortable as possible, and help her to breathe. Once Maddy finally felt the child coming, she started pushing, Leaf was there careful to help the child on their way out. The mess always even more than Charlie had expected, getting everywhere and even on Leaf.

However, after what felt like the longest hour Leaf looked up at Maddy. "They're almost here, one more big push!"

Charlie squeazed Maddy's hand. "You can do it Maddy."

*Maddy nodded her head and screamed as she used all of her remaining strength for that final push until she felt something. She looked toward Leaf and saw a beautiful baby girl crying in her hands. Leaf quickly cleaned the baby off and wrapped it in a blanket. Maddy panted as she looked towards Leaf who while exhausted, was smiling. Maddy took her mouthpiece out and whimpered* Can I hold her?

*Drake took both Maeve and Hazel as he ran away from the diadem to a safe distance as he saw the diadem glow white and explode from behind as he ran to a tree to take cover from the blast* Are you girls alright? *he look at them making sure they are fine and well before going to take the diadem back*

Leaf nodded and carefully handed the swadled bundle to Maddy, the baby girl whined in Maddy's arms. "You did a good job Maddy, she's beautiful." Leaf said gently as she carefully helped the placenta out.

Charlie nodded and patted Maddy's back "She is. What are you going to name her?"

Hazel nodded and watched as the diadem sputtered out, the flames gone.

*Maddy held the baby and looked at her closed eyes. She looked like her from when she was a baby, but she also reminded Maddy of Marius. She looked up at Charlie with tears in her eyes* Maya *Maddy looked back at Maya* Her names Maya. *Leaf put her hand on Charlie's shoulder and motioned for Charlie and herself to give Maddy and Maya a moment. Maddy began to talk to Maya with a sweat soaked face. Tears flowed down her face as she held Maya and spoke in a quiet and yet strained whisper* Hi Maya. your mommy. *Maya merped and Maddy chuckled while nodding her head* Yes Maya *Maddy pointed at herself* I'm mommy *Maddy began to cry and she embraced Maya.*

The halls of the castle leading down to the dungeon was silent, but the light footfalls of a lone servant broke the atmosphere. Revé held themself up primly, a basket hidden under their robes as they strode with confidence. Passing the guards who stood before the entrance to the dungeons, they passed with little fanfare as they kept their eyes downcast and posture meek as one should. Once they were out of sight, all masks were dropped and Revé flew down the stairs, desperation felt with every delicate step they took. Arriving at the landing, Revé took a moment to catch their breath before their gaze darted around to finally land on their Queen. It was only through fearful whispers that Revé came to know of what befell their beloved Queen, the shock of how tattered she looked paralyzing the servant. Taking hesitant steps forward, Revé knelt down before Faith's cell and pressed one hand against the bars. "Your Majesty?" They dared to ask, hesitation colouring their lilting voice

Charlie and Leaf watched Maddy from a distance as Maddy and Maya bonded, Leaf then went to take care of medical supplies and Charlie continued to watch.

With a pained groan she turned to Reve. "Reve?" Faith pulled herself into a sitting postion, wincing as she put pressure on her injured arm.

"Oh, Your Majesty please do not force yourself for my sake." Revé rushed to say, desperately wishing that they had the keys to unlock the cell. Taking a full stock of all the injuries that littered their Queen's body, the servant bit their lip their grip on the basket tightening. Anger flooded their body and the urge to simply march up and deck the woman who currently sat upon the throne was strong, but for the sake of their safety and their Queen's safety, Revé refrained from doing anything rash. Instead they reached a hand out, gently placing it on Faith's hand. "My Queen, please rest. You mustn't aggravate your injuries."

Faith laughed lightly alittle, wincing again slightly, but carefully went over to the small matress that sereved as Faith's "bed" in her cell. Reve's hand didn't leave Faith's. "I have to ask, do the strings of fate say if my children have found the diadems?" Her voice was a whisper, as though afraid that Talla would walk in.

There was a hint of hesitation and guilt before the servant sighed. "It pains me to say that I can not tell you. I see many strings, strings that show a world where your children succeed, strings that show me what happens when they fail. I can not chose one string and will it into reality, I simply observe the consequences of choices. Yet have hope, Your Majesty. The strings show me that two of your children have succeeded. The Sun and The Moon have been grasped." Their other hand was held up, grasping the invisible strings as small scenes played out in Revé's head, all of them showing that Hazel and Charlie indeed had acquired the diadems. Once something has passed, the other possibilities would simply blacken and crumble away. There is no changing history.

Faith gave a huff of relief, two down and one to go, the Star Diadem would fall to the twins. She needed to hold onto hope, just like Reve had said. "And my unborn child? Will he. . .or she. . .be okay?"

The night fell, Maddy was holding Maya, who was now asleep, in her arms. Starfire and Aura were sharing a sleeping bag when a woman's soft singing voice woke Starfire up. Starfire bolted upright and looked around when she heard the singing again. It wasn't a woman's voice, it sounded like Faith! Was their mother nearby?

"Aura, wake up! Mom's here!" Starfire whispered excitedly.

"What?" Aura mumbled rubbing her eyes and sitting up.

"Didn't you hear that? It's mom!" Starfire insisted. Aura looked at her twin in confusion before she heard the singing as well. There were no lyrics being sung, but rather just vocal.
