Leo wakes up, his bones aching and muscles hurting. He blinked open his eyes, adjusting to the bright light of... wherever he was. He cursed. He should have never gone on this vacation... well, it seemed like a good idea at the time. He struggled to his feet, testing his limbs. His left front paw sent a searing sensation every time he put pressure on it... well shoot. Leo surveyed his surroundings... he seemed to be on a desert island, with 4 other islands on the horizon. First things first, he had to know his surroundings, no matter how scary it might be.

Eternal's eyes opened quickly, viewed the world sideways, and closed again. He tried to stand up, but couldn't. His head felt a little heavy.. No, a lot heavy, actually. He opened his eyes again, and viewed what he could without moving. Why waste he so sore?

Leo's orangey fur shone in the bright sun, and the breeze made his ears flap lightly in the wind. The whole island was made of pointy rocks that looked like the teeth of a giant creature, or spikes on a giant qwilfish, he might have joked, if the situation wasn't so serious. The island was dotted with berry trees, but even they were sparce. Basically, the whole place looked pretty imtimidating, and Leo didn't know if he would make it too long... he was resourceful and liked to make things, but he wasn't the bravest. He was the class clown type, he used humor and social skills to solve his problems... and he was alone. He pushed the scary feeling aside. Food came first, Leo thought, and began limping towards the nearest berry tree with a sigh.

Leo made it to the berry tree with a sigh. Apon closer inspection, it turned out to be two different trees, naturally twisted together to be one strong pole! It was impressive, berry impressive, he joked in his mind. He needed to stay positive, and his puns were a good way to do that. He picked up a berry from the ground, thankfully a familliar one, a tamato berry... though not one he liked. Well, it was food, at least. He took a bite of the berry, puckering from the flavour. He looked at the other tree... it was a Pomeg berry tree. He liked these ones more, though he couldn't be picky (Leo did wish he'd seen the pomeg berries first...). He peeled of the skin, and took a generous bite of the little seeds.

Dallas had made his way to a berry tree he had seen in the center of the island. He hadn't really been on his own before, and he was rather unsure of what to do though he figured he'd find out along the way.

Leo paused mid bite. He heard a faint noise... maybe another pokemon? Perhaps he wasn't alone? But... no further noises came. He decided to explore a bit, perhaps he was already imagining things... he shook off the negative thoughts. He had to stay positive and strong. Maybe exploring would help! He wolfed down the rest of the pomeg berry (it was berry delicious), and began to tread carefully over the rocks, minding his injured paw. If he found some material, he could make a brace for it, maybe. He was good at making things. He kept walking over the rocks, before he reached a high point of the island, and in front of him was an amazing sight. Invisible from the outer island lay a large basin, filled with giant trees, and many berry bushes. It was a rainforest!
