Attention! Somehow, I forgot an important piece of information regarding the size, so please make sure that your canvas is 96x96 px big and that non-sprite areas are transparent.

@Hyper-Vision - I have no idea what you're trying to say. You are not allowed to make a legendary Event Pokémon, that's all that means.

There were some mega entries last year and they technically don't hatch from an egg, so I guess it can ^^'

If you mean a mega forme of a pokémon, yes. If you mean saying "this pokémon can mega-evolve" without sprite, then no.

Considering you're making events, not fusions, I'm still gonna say "no" to that.

@RoyalGecko - I guess if you share it with one [and only one] user, I don't really see a problem with it [though you won't get any prizes]. If you throw it in the forum or the feeds, I'd have to say no.
