Luke does as he is told and sits still so Tani can do what she needs to and waits patiently, not looking hurt as if the pain went away.

It's a flesh wound, not fatal, but it is a pain to deal with and will heal into a scar.*Tani went outside and wet another cloth to clean the area around Luke's injury. She walked back in and began to clean his injury* Next time you want to play Madmartigan, dont.

(Madmartigan is a reference to the movie, Willow)

Luke is laying down, trying not to move that much. He really didn’t care if he died, he was just happy that he was able to contribute in the battle with the cloaks.

*Tani walked back to the hill. She saw Sage delegating as she was helping bury the villagers. Tani looked at the sun. It had to be at least 2 in the afternoon. She then looked out to the field. Most of the villagers had been cleaned from it while the Cloaks were being dragged out to the river about a quarter of a mile from the back of the village.*
