He narrows his eyes, not feeling too comfortable with letting him buy a knife now. "Fun until you mess with the wrong person" he points out. He scratches the side of his face and he grabs the knife from Alsouah's hand. "I'm sorry, but I don't think giving you a knife will be the best option. I don't like the idea of my weapons being used for casual playtime"

He laughed again. "Alright. Then riddle me this: What if I traded you a blade for it? Fresh out of the fire, perfect edge, and a socket for an elemental stone?"

Louis puts the blade away, his eyes narrowing. "I'm sure it's a wonderful blade. But I'm not open to do trades" he replies. He straightens up and glances at him. "Come back when you have a much more... Helpful use for my weapons"

He pulled a blade out of his back pocket, then handed it to the man, handle first, respectfully. "At least consider it. Right now, I'm on my way to the shipyard. If you change your mind, find me there." He thought for a moment, then asked, "Who's your supplier?"

Louis shrugs. "I get sheets of metal from the town hall" he responds. "I don't really know where it's from" he glances down at the blade. It was very impressive, but he still had a passion for his hand crafted knives. He holds the blade out to the boy. "I'm sorry but I'm going to have to turn down the offer"

He nodded, then said, "At least take it as a gift for being open on a Sunday morning. Also, what's your element?" He pulled out a small leather pouch and opened it, revealing numerous amounts of elemental stones.

He sighs. "I can't accept this gift. I have plenty of weapons anyway, Emerson will behead me if she finds out I added another to my hoard... But to answer your question, my element is simply fire. I'm not nearly as powerful as my friend" he says with an embarrassed laugh.

He chuckled, then nodded. "Alright." He walked out, and a sort of ball of smoke shot from his fingers, arching upwards and toward the man.

Louis allows the ball of smoke to bounce against him. Now that it was simply a ball, it didn't seem too dangerous. Because of his element, he could handle large amounts of heat. The heat from the smoke was nothing compared the heat of the workshop when him and Emerson were crafting weapons. He simply watches the boy leave, a concerned look on his face.

He chuckled again, then pointed at the ground where it landed. A fire elemental stone sat there, but the boy was now gone. The smoke around The stone and on the floor dissipated.

Louis picks it up, an eyebrow raised. "So the shipyard huh?" He asks himself. "Emerson and I will have to visit over there tonight to return the knife and stone" he puts both items in a small box and slips it into his pocket. He sighs, the streets were pretty empty. If they left now they could be back in time to close the shop. Something about the boy didn't sit right with Louis. If this was an attack of some sort, he would rather have Emerson by his side then be alone.

Alsouah sprinted towards the shipyard, watching abandoned buildings and warehouses as he ran by. He thought he saw someone in a window, but just continued on towards the shipyard.

Having been present during the attack, Shion bad felt starlight sparkle under their touch, power surging through their veins and galaxies swirling at their feet. They knew that Louis could handle himself, especially in the face of fire, yet they couldn't help but step forward slightly starlight bludgeoning against their hand. When the boy left, Shion sighed and ran a hand through their hair. It would be best if they just left right now. Slipping out unnoticed, Shion started striding towards the shipyard, careful to keep their footsteps light

Alsouah hummed short little tunes, said something about playtime being knife time anyways, and now and then messed around in alleyways, quite literally bouncing off the walls. He was clearly having a great time, even though he was just rejected a cool knife. Coming out of an alleyway, he stopped to catch his breath, and looked back at the shop. 'Maybe I'll see if I can get him some of my wares,' he thought fondly. 'I mean, home crafted knives are fairly rare in this time and age. All of his looked handcrafted too.'

Louis haven't noticed that Shion had left the shop until he glances around. The shop was empty, and it would most likely remain empty for the rest of the day. He sighs, accepting that today would be a bad day for sales. He locks the store up and walks towards the shipyard. He decides that it would be best to leave Emerson at Shion's shop. If things turn South, he should be able to protect himself, it's best to not bother Emerson with something that he can do by himself. He doesn't know that Shion is going towards the shipyard

"Where is everyone?" Roxy asks. She presses a finger on the top of her wrist, hitting an invisible watch. "I see... punctuality isn't their main concern huh?" She turns away from the window and walks back to the table. "They better be coming with good information"
