After Dante made contact with her shoulder, He pulled his spear off of his back. He thrusted it into the ground and pushed off. He bounded off it and landed a bit away from Quinn. He pulled on a rope attached to the spear and took it back. The rope seemed to go up his sleeve. His hair had a few embers in it. “That was close” he said with a huff.

"Impressive" Quinn shouts encouragingly, she makes a scooping motion in the air, then flicks her wrists towards Dante, shooting a disk of fire at him, she is careful to keep the power of the disk low, not wanting to actually hurt him, which makes the speed of the disk slow. She throws a few more, backing away to further the distance between them, her defensive flames following her

Dante pulled out his spear, and hit the discs with the flat side of his sword. Trying to deflect them.

Making a change sound of accent, Queen stared at his lap before reaching over and gently squeezing Kela's hand. "You're a really good friend, you know that right?" He smiled head still downcast. "I really appreciate all you've done for me." He wasn't really sure what to say next though and simply smiled again before shuffling over to Drake.

Quinn's runes grow brightly as she summons up more power, she whips her hand forward, a ball of fire escapes and flies towards him, it explodes before it can hit him, making a pretty large flash of light

Kela squeezed Queen’s hand back with a wink, “You’re welcome Alraune. You’re a loyal friend too.” She watched them go, before she picked up a spare waffle, stuffed it in her mouth, and jogged toward the med-bay.

Dante was caught off guard by the flash, “Ugh” he groaned as he covered his eyes. He should be used to this since he has light magic. Everything was blurry

Kela made it down to the medical bay quite fast, since she was a fit runner. She had finished the waffle by now, since food wasn’t technically allowed in the hospital wing.

Quinn uses this to her advantage, she races towards him, realizing too late she is too far away to land a guaranteed hit. When she is close enough to him she aims a kick towards his chest

Giggling at the contact, Queen waved goodbye to Kela before kneeling down and wrapping his arms around Drake. The feathers around his neck cradled Queen's face on the warm feathery way making him smile. "So... Training?" He mumbled, voice muffled by the feathers

Kibin grinned and looks down. "Y-Yeah... I never socialised much as a kid and all... I-I'm not usually this b-bad, it's just-" He stop talking. He was going to say 'It's just that you're really cute,' but that sounded so strange. So he stuck with leaving the sentence hanging, his face pink.

“First, let’s warm up with a small fight. Drake, go easy. Queen, watch out for his tail. Crystalmorphs can grab and whip with their tails, which is their biggest advantage. And don’t jump on his back unless you favor being impaled.”

Dante was able to just barely see the kick, and dodged it. He grabbed her leg and as gently he could took her to the ground.

Dante’s legs go out from under him and he hit his back on the ground. The air was knocked out of him for a few seconds. But after that he just started laughing.
