Kela turned her tired eyes toward her pink haired friend, “I’m managing.” She said brusquely, “Besides, Mika’s taught me very well how to heal myself.” Kela didn’t bother to hide the sarcasm.

Kela rose from her seat, as she saw a rather muddy child come up. Easily four years his senior, she noticed that he’d taken a liking to the other Guardians. She came up to him with the proper shyness and knelt to his level, gracefully balancing, “Why hello there.” She looked at Quinn, “Just a checkup?”

Dante nodded, “Alright, I’ll be here” he said while sitting down with both guardians. He looked at Jax, “Do you mind if I pet you?” He asked while extending a hand.

Kela nodded, and put a hand on Sleet, closing her eyes. She allowed for her element - which was a healing element on its own - to give her a comprehensive relay of everything. When she opened her eyes, she was smiling, “No injuries on him, although maybe you should be a little more careful. He could’ve twisted his ankle.” She stood up

Quinn relaxes, glad that the boy wasn't injured, she leads him back to Dante, she plops down next to Jax, who is busy trying to get pets from Dante. "Good news, Sleet isn't hurt"

Quinn stands and walks a short distance from him, just like with Sleet she begins the fight by building defenses, she creates a circle of flames under her and waves of flames around her. She watches him close, knowing she'll have to be prepared for his speed

He peeked out of his hands, and his eyes widened as he saw Abraxos's faint blush. It was nowhere near as prominent as his, but it made him look... cute? He took his head of out his hands and sighed. "S-Sorry, I-I'm not good at... y'know, people..."

Dante’s runes glowed, and a cloud of dust erupted. He dashed forward, and jumped. She may have defenses around her, but not on top of her. He appeared over her and threw a kick.

That wasn't what Quinn had expected, she was prepared for a hit head on, she tries to duck, wincing as she feels the kick hit her shoulder. Noting that he would have to land close to her, she spins around, throwing a wave of fire were he lands. The fire wave has more impact than heat, and would certainly blow him back a few paces. 'Best to keep distance between us, so I have more time to react' she thinks to herself
