"I'm really sorry I couldn't help... Maybe I could have stopped it from getting worse..." Shaye said guilty that she hadn't been able to help. "Though now that I think about it I may have just been a burden... I train Steel Types so my whole team is weak to fire... But my Empoleon could have at least done something"

Verano simply looked delighted, she leaned her head down, and continued to nuzzle him, draping a leafy wing over him
“Hey everyone gets a chance to shine at some point, no need to worry.” Zafiro said reassuringly, and Verano briefly looked up to lightly but her head against Shaye as if in agreement before going back down to nuzzling Loch

Shaye stroked Verano. Talking to everyone was helping lots. With her free hand, she was petting Jaw who was now asleep in her lap. "Is it OK if I pet him?" she asked nodding her head towards the Shiny Riolu.

Loch happily snuggled against the Pokémon, closing his eyes.

Arienne continued humming, it seemed to be a way of coping with the pain. The song she was humming sounded strange, ancient.

Snow woke up a it later and since Rain and her other partner were sleeping, she pulled out her laptop and did some commands, planning to swap her Ditto with her Lapras (Cargo). She set the Ditto's Pokeball in front of the laptop's camera and started typing the commands to swap Pokemon.

(A friend of hers (no not Bill, but a friend of his) made the laptop. It connects with the PC to swap her party with her PC as long as it has a signal.)
