Finally, Rain came back inside, quickly ducking into the bathroom and washing her face. She dried her face with a towel, sighing. She left the room, going back into the living room. Her eyes brightened when she saw the girl who had joined them. “Ah, apologies. I had a moment.” She was back to her proper, almost professional behavior, kind of a mask to put on after her moment of panic.
