They threatened to change my younger brother. They told me that if I helped them hunt down the mutants, they wouldn't change him. I am trying to protect him

Back in Town:

His name is William. He is 13 years old. When he was a baby, our parents die. We had no other family so we became homeless. We were starving and they said *Lucifer began to tear up* they said that they would provide for us if I took the test that turned me mutant. He was on the verge of death and I had no choice, he was just a baby.
