Herrscher's doesn't hesitate to walk into Soros's room, in a flair
of his usual fashion he makes the desk his seat. He plays with his
long hair for a moment before he looks up at Soros. "How is
everyone taking the news? Has anything happened?" he asked and
furrowed his brows in worry. Herrscher currently knew nothing of
how things are and what exactly was going on but he wasn't keen on
staying oblivious.
"They're taking it..." Soros didn't really have words to describe
his younger siblings' responses so he settled, "They're taking it
in their own ways, I guess. Why you ask?"
Herrscher looks Soros over with a sharp eye. "Because I care and I
worry. How are you feeling?" he asked with concern lacing his
voice. Herrscher didn't want anyone getting hurt or even worse but
he was starting to feel as if it might just be unavoidable. He
tried to not let the thought drag him down.
Herrscher is conversing with Soros
about recent events involving Hadrian taking the throne. Meanwhile,
Hadrian is going off to the village for... I'm assuming an
announcement of his selection as king. One of the servants, Rose is
trying to talk to the king who resides in his chambers -- I don't
think I know the topic, but it's most likely related to the main
plot. Not a whole lot of things as of now. For the time, I'd say
it's probably late morning between 10AM and 12PM, maybe? It's
definitely the beginning of the day though)
Yurei was preparing a normal salad
sandwich in the kitchen with lettuce, tomato and cheese. (An
outstanding sandwich, may I add) He
heard from somewhere that Hadrian was out, so he took the
opportunity to take a peek into his room. Wandering upstairs with
his sandwich, he put it by his bedroom door and knocked on
Hadrian's door to make sure no-one was in there.
Rose gave a nod to the king before she spoke. "Sir, myself and a
few others found signs of a struggle out near the forest. I fear
maybe someone was trying to break in and hurt your children.
Perhaps maybe extra guards will be needed until you do retire and
your eldest takes the throne? Maybe then whoever seems to have
caused the struggle will back down enough for them to be safe" she
mentioned as calmly as she could.

Herrscher slid off the desk and approached Soros and cupped his
face gently, looking into his eyes. "You don't look fine." he says
with a distraught look on his face as he drops his hands from
Soros's face. "I won't push but please don't keep it in. I'm always
willing to listen anytime and if you won't come to me I hope you
have someone else you can trust yourself to fall apart next to." he
murmurs audibly enough for Soros to hear. He puts on a brittle
smile seeming unsure of himself, hoping that he truly didn't push
too hard especially when he said he wouldn't.
"You know best." Herrscher sighs out, he adjusts the needles
holding his hair up from trailing along the ground, spares one
final glance at Soros and leaves. His heels clack louder than
necessary as his thoughts flicker back to Hadrian. 'Whose side are
you on?' a raspy voice in his mind asks him and it takes Herrscher
a moment to place it as his own. He doesn't have an answer, he
doesn't want there to be sides. He almost unconsciously ends up
walking towards Hadrian's room.
Yurei turns to Herrscher and nods in
greeting, still deliberating whether to open it or not. He felt
Yoni's impatience take over, his hand reaching for the door handle
and before he knew it, he was in a position to open the door.
"Did.. you do that?" He telepathically asked his friend. Yoni
looked blank for a second."I
guess our souls have fully fused, now I have control every now and
then. Cool, isn't it? He he."Yoni told him, laughing mischievously and thinking
of the chaos he could cause with it. "S-stop with that! You're
really going to screw something up if that keeps up..." he told his
mind-friend, unaware that he's just stood there sweating with his
door on the handle, frozen.
Hikari sighs and goes off to look for answers on her own. Being the
weakest when it comes to fighting, she figured no one would tell
her straight answers and that she would be distrusted the most.
