Only one problem... this could be abused. If I can 'hide' or 'become invisible' to someone, couldn't I bash them in my feeds and posts and... they would never know?

considering that against the rules, it doesn’t matter. you’ll get in trouble for they whether the person can see or not, because other people can report you, not just that person.

Hi, i am D.va. You probably have seen my live-streams, so hopefully you know who i am. If not then you might’ve seen the news lately and probably know who i am. If you still don’t know, i am kinda of a big deal. I mean how many people you know are retired undefeated Starcraft world champions that have taken job for the Mobile Exo-Force of the Korean Army or MEKA that involves them flying around in a mech named Tokki (which is South Korean for bunny).

I wasn’t even aware there was a blocking system. I think it would be a good idea though. (Some people might abuse that right though)

Hi there, I had a previous suggestion like this that was actually a bad idea in theory. I think having the piece of mind that the blocked user cannot see anything about your page or anything involving your stuff. Offsite pages often don’t get involved and keep the blocker safe. I want this place to be safe for everyone and we have younger kids who may not recognize the need to be safe. I hope this helps get the suggestion implemented. Have a great day!

The only problems I see is that:

One, if they're hidden from you, you can't unblock them, which could be fixed with a toggle or a list from where you can unblock

Two, this could slightly mess up forum games where it's related to the user above you, example, Lovetest the user above you or even Count to 100 before a Staff Member posts, because if the person above you is a blocked user, you wouldn't see them and only be able to see the user before that one, which would confuse others
Example for clarity:
Show hidden content
User1: *says something relating to the person above them
Blocked user (you can't see them): *says something relating to User1
You (cannot see blocked user, aka person above you): *says something about User1*
Next person: "??? I am so confused"

As you can see, this would cause confusion
Yes, you can just use your brain and figure out which user you should relate your post about
But sometimes, people won't notice, causing the blocked user (who is not blocked by other people) to "get skipped"

Also, if someone links a blocked userprofile, and you click it, what would happen?

Add on: Make it so that the blocked users are not able to visit the profile at all! (I'm bad at remembering.) Like a small pop message popping up saying "This user has blocked you. You can't see their profile." and preventing them from going or something similar. It's super awkward whenever I accidentally stumble upon someone's profile just to see I got blocked by them. If I were just prevented from going to their profile in the first place - it'd be a huge improvement to be honest!

Adding onto this.

Maybe blocking could also kick yourself of the blocked person's friendlist. Just feels uncomfortable when someone I blocked still has me on their friendlist when I want nothing to do with them anymore.
