Its a really good feeling when you get lucky with a newbie, dont
you agree? Also fair enough on the starter pack would you mind if i
used that idea myself? (With a bit of tweaking)
Absolutely! Anything that might draw a response is great. It makes
it more personal rather than a generic hey I'm your new mentor so
contact me if you need anything.... They might be too shy but if
you dangle that free stuff carrot they might be more inclined to
reply :D
maybe someone sent them a random pm instead of a welcome one after
accepting? I'm PMing the user now to find out @Klepto
Princess_politoad you have to be level 2t to sign up I believe but
the user says she hasn't revived a mentor yet
Managed to help the user find out who their mentor is. :)
turns out once your newbie gets to lvl 15, the last task, they
continue to stay on your list. idk why but i thought once they hit
that that they would be taken off your list.
Maybe they stay there so you can keep track of them - the active
ones anyway. I've only had a couple complete the tutorial, a couple
respond to my PM and a couple that managed both.
I'm interested in the program and would love to see it evolve. As
with all things new, there will be things that work well and some
that do not.
The user that hit lvl 15 was someone who messaged me all 6 times
and everything so it’s all completed and because they’re still
there, new users who I accept won’t show up. But if that does end
up changing, I’ll let you guys know :)
Hi Debrak ~ This is not the forum post to ask about Sprites and
their location. It is also against the rules to divulge publicly
their location as it spoils it for others who might not want to
know ahead of time.
Good luck in your quest for the Harvest Sprites 8) (Y)
One of my mentees, XtremeChan, replied to my
message and actually apologised for not replying sooner. Their
comment was that the mail icon is so small it was hard to notice
for the longest time.
@breathin ~ we have all experienced that as well. The vast majority
of mentees do not respond to our letters. Maybe experiment with
what you say to entice them to reply. I've been offering "care
packages" for those that respond and will include useful items like
everstones, pokeballs and a small handful of evo items. Only two of
mine have responded since I've added that so I'll keep trying (Y)
