Amanda nodded before looking at Colt and moving out of the way,
believing he was a student that was in a rush to get to class and
they were in the way. "Sorry." She mumbled quietly before looking
at Quinn. "So we need to figure out what our soul is and our age to
get a schedule. She said quietly to make sure she heard correctly.
"Sort of. Schedules are weird here. Since classes are irregular and
change pretty often, most of the time you just get a slip every
week that says where you're supposed to go an when. Although it's
good to make friends with imps, since they're the ones who
influence the scheduling, and if they like you they'll tell you if
a class gets canceled or give you a day off if you ask." Quinn
nodded to herself, thinking. "Which imp brought you here? White
Rose? She's pretty nice, you could always try being friendly to
her."
“Well I woke up with a white rose without thorns on my
foot... then a girl appeared! She told me that I had a flower soul
and if I didn’t know how to use my powers I could die.”
(Ppppppssssssttttt it’s me ShadowGamer_75 I just changed my
username!)
Charlie being utterly confused tried walking towards the
castle-like building, they weren't the type to really get outside of
their house so they were really confused on what they were supposed
to do.So they aimlessly went around the door and awkwardly knocked
on it.
"Come on in," Quinn said to Charlie before turning back to the
group. "Yeah, that's White Rose. She's one of the newer imps around
here and a little heavy on the rules, but she's got a strong soul.
Very pure and full of hope. I always like imps like that." Felix's
phone dinged again, then again, then two times back to back. Even
Quinn ignored it this time.
Amanda mumbled something faintly under her breath before shuffling
a bit. "Is it alright to explore a bit and get a generalized grasp
of the layout or do we need to meet with someone else?" She asked
quietly.
Charlie looked around, trying to figure out if the person that told
them to come in was actually talking to them, seeing no one behind
them they walked in awkwardly like they haven't stepped inside a
place in years.Charlie looked around the group, staying completely
silent.
"I mean, you could explore, yeah. But it's pretty easy to get lost
in here." Quinn explained. "It's kinda almost like Hogwarts. Things
shift around for no reason other than to mess with you."
Charlie being utterly confused continued to wander
around,as they was dragging their hand on the wall with them they
accidentally stumbled onto a boy with his arms crossed around
him,he seemed grumpy which kind of intimidated them to gulp and
take a step back, hoping they didn't annoy the person.
"Again, classes depend on affiliation. You'll find out soon enough.
For now, I guess we should show you where you'll be staying." Quinn
glanced at Felix, a simple look of understanding flashing between
them. He snapped and made finger guns at her, as if remembering
something.
"Right, Chipotle. Uh, the second staircase moved this morning so
it's down the Astronomy Hall instead, by the way. I'll take the
wall shortcut back to the dorms and will hopefully be there before
you to feed Elin so he doesn't become hangry. I'll call you if I
get lost. Don't run into Chrissa, she's in a bad mood," he said.
They high-fived and Felix ran out the open double doors into the
field. Quinn turned back to the group, as if the conversation
hadn't taken place.
"All right, follow me." She smiled, motioning for them to come as
she headed off down the hall.
Amanda blinked at the conversation before following Quinn like an
obedient duckling. "I'm gonna asked a stupid question but you
mention something called Hogwarts and said that the school is like
it. What did you mean by that?" She asked Quinn quietly.
