Guys, we don't need any drama here. Its just a nice little shop where users can get free shinies. And while the rules are important giving a friendly reminder is enough, and if you aren't a breeder you shouldn't even be enforcing the rules. While I appreciate the consideration it isn't needed.
I may try to re-vamp the rules soon, if this happens more often. I would get rid of the FAQ, re-word and rewrite the rules, and I may add official moderators or maybe even a co-admin to the shop, since this is getting out of hand. I was against the idea for a while since I had to change them so often its very confusing. But I do think it is an option, since I think the reason many users arent reading the rules is because they are too long.

I have made up my mind. I am going to revamp the thread. Here is what I am going to change:

-I will be recruiting moderators specifically for accepting forums, handling drama/confusions, etc. So breeders, you do not have to act as the moderators for the thread anymore [unless you want to.]
-I also will remake the rules so they will be simple enough for anyone to read. With this I will get rid of the FAQ, and the Password. I am hoping that I can make less than 10 rules.
-I am going to make specific requirements to be a breeder, moderator, or whatever else.
-I will add a list specifying who has been warned/banned from the shop, along with a staff list.
This will hopefully be done by reset, but until then please refrain from ordering slots [or posting in general, unless needed] until I edit this post saying i'm done. Everyone's warnings, or bans will be reset, so everyone can order and nobody has any warnings [unless a breeder wants a specific user not to order from them, in which case that will stay valid.]
I'm sorry for all these changes in the thread, hopefully this will be the last time I have to make major changes~ Thank you everyone for staying with the thread! Please pal-pad me if you would like to be a moderator, or you can apply when the thread is revamped.

Why do you want to be a moderator here?: Because i think i could help out quite nicely in helping the shop run smoothly, mostly from practice on other sites at acting the 'moderator'
How will you help make the shop a better place?: I judge people fairly and think alot about what has gone on before any form of final verdict, and any issues in the past that are unrelated to the situation are put aside so my judgement is not bias.

How will you help make the shop a better place?: Not many people really follow the rules often, and this can cause chaos. I will help to make sure that people will follow the rules.

Why do you want to be a moderator here?: I like what you are doing here, and I know that some people don't care about the rules at all, and only want a free shiny as soon as they can.
How will you help make the shop a better place?: I could help newer Pokeheroes members completely understand the rules, as I'm sure the idea of free shinies would be appreciated by all members, but especially new members that know that shinies are rare and valuable.

Here is why I can't accept you:
1. You can't just ask for a shiny from "any breeder available." If you wanted to suggest a breeder hunt Zorua, use the suggestion form. But since i'm more inclined to believe you just didn't look at which breeders were hunting what and then just made a forum ordering a shiny, hoping one of the breeders was hunting that, i'm going to have to also give you a warning, since [from what I can assume, since you did use the form to order a shiny not to suggest one] you didn't look at any of the hunts the breeders were doing. Please contact me if you feel that is unfair.
2. Even if a breeder was hunting Zorua, I still wouldn't accept you. This shop is completely free, and breeders put hard work into getting everyone shinies, and you can't even take the time to write in their username? I can understand a bit more if you're on a realllyy small mobile device, but please at least take the time to write in a username. No, you aren't getting a warning for this.
