	I'm gonna say no support on this. The Retro Tentacools are not a time-limited thing so making them more common, especially the shinies which as they stand right now are worth a lot, will devalue them significantly. [Read more]

Support. This feature would also have another use:

It is often the case that people are doing hunts, but they're getting unlucky with the Daycare not producing eggs for them. Having an option to release eggs early would allow their friends to help them out and move the hunt along a little bit faster. (This already happens quite a fair bit, especially with people hunting Shiny Megas, but having to wait 24 hours for the first egg to hit the Grass is a bit of a cost.) I understand that eggs will be far easier to obtain with the Tall Grass if this does get implemented, but the convenience is valuable.
