A: If I see someone causing trouble right on my screen, regardless of how I feel, I'm not gonna shove that on another Mod, because 1. that wouldn't be fair and 2. it might continue escalating while I could've stopped it earlier.
And my attitude depends on the attitude of the user, not on how healthy I am :p
