The Shadow Mewtwo from the Rowan-Quest I often sold for 50k PD, but I also saw one for 200k in the AH. It depends on how much the user is willing to pay.
For this pokemon you can´t use Stonks, cause it shows only the Shadow Mewtwo from Shadow Radar. Same with Lugia, there is no Stonks price for Shadow Lugia(Eventmon).

How much would be a shiny blastoise? I saw some ppl selling it for 25k, but others sell it for 150k, so what is the real average price?

Mega Garchomp - no more than 220k id say. just Megable + Mega Stone and the stone is 200k last i was aware, not sure how much the really old megables go for now, probably around 25k at the most, ever.

Shiny Blastoise - wouldn't be worth anywhere near 100k probably because shiny mega runoff are vastly overpopulated so there's ample supply for 0 demand.

shiny altaria are extra common shiny mega trash so i wouldnt imagine you get anymore than 5-15k for them

sunnymarie69 - The easiest way to determine what they are selling for is to go Global Trade Station >> Item Market and use the right drop down menu to look at Mystery Items. There you will see what people are selling them for. Disregard the silly HIGH prices. The Item Market will tell you if the price on a Mystery Item is fair, cheap, expensive etc
