History:
Edo lived a comfortable life as a child,born into a relatively wealthy family. However,that all changed when his beloved parents were taken from him during a devastating car accident. The impact caused Edo to lose all consciousness,as well as both parents and a left arm. The doctors considered it a sheer miracle that the boy was still alive,ironically enough though,the rest of the Phoenix family did not rise from the ashes. Finally being discharged after a few weeks of treatment and getting used to the artificial arm,Edo started looking into the matter that changed his life. Much to his surprise,no matter how many front pages the event showed up in,there was no mention of the other party. Regardless of how many websites,newspapers and sources Edo looked through,only his family came up. Suspicious that there might be more to it,Edo dedicated his whole life to uncovering the truth behind the car "accident" and became an intern,hoping to someday solve this lifelong mystery. He speculates that it could be an android behind it,hence why there was no mention about it. After all,how can a robot make a mistake?

🔴Personality: Maximus is a person who really likes the sound of his own voice,often talking for unnecessarily too long,especially when he is preaching. He doesn't bother forming anything other than a superficial relationship with those that don't share his love for the divine and the holy,subjects he knows a lot about. Being called Max really irks him but he almost always lets it slide,as it is only a mere annoyance in the grand scheme of things.

🔴Backstory: Maximus came from a very religious family who held the Legendary Pokemon in very high regard,showing them the respect they deserve. He was raised to adopt that same mindset,tending to some of those Pokemons' shrines and reading about them from a very young age. Growing up was difficult for Maximus as his knowledge and respect for the divine was something a lot of his classmates considered weird and an easy way to make fun of him. Because of that,Maximus' social skills took a major hit. He was commonly heard talking to himself for prolonged periods of time,especially when reading something during his free time. After his studies,he left to pursue what he calls "further enlightenment",seeing as his parents were unable to teach him anything else or answer his questions. Going from town to town,he made frequent stops at places full of people to talk about the importance of the Legendary Pokemon and why people should respect them more. Eventually,after a tiring day of people looking at him as if he's lost it while preaching,he was intercepted and was informed of the scientist group aiming to create Mewfour. "Blasphemy!" he thought to himself,before realizing that this might be just what he was looking for. By creating a new Legendary Pokemon,he would be one step closer to understanding the divine and maybe even transcend humanity as a whole.

A tall (181cm/5'11") stud with blue eyes and a generally well-built body,though that is a very common occurance in most men of District 4. He has somewhat long,unkempt and curly sun-kissed hair,reaching slightly beneath his nape.

Personality:

Mako is a very straightforward person who gets down to business immediately. He is uncertain of his social skills,however,as he has spent that vast majority of his life either fishing with his father or train in combat,sometimes even combining those two. That hasn't given him the opportunity to interact with many other people of his district beyond a superficial level,though he attended his district's events.

Character's Greatest Fear:

Dying far away from the sea or lake and the like,being unable to receive a proper burial and not being able to see and touch things at the same time. To elaborate on the latter,think of it as if you've turned off the light and you're moving around the room trying to find either the switch again or anything else and you're just waving your arms around and yet you're not coming in contact with anything. For that same reason,when he's diving,he always has his eyes open underwater.
