Okay so bare with me here.

I think that another additional benefits of becoming a premium user should be an increase chance of hatching a mega able pokemon.

Im not talking ridiculous amounts, but maybe 1-2% extra?

This then makes premium user feel like there is an "additional" chance of hatching the elusive shiny mega.

I know there have been more cases of non premiums hatching shiny mega's on their first shiny hatch and this is deterring a lot of premium users from starting hunts as they feel it is "unfavourable"

Take Kankri_Vantas for example - 5 months and over 1500 eggs without a mega shiny, and then because of the time and lack of interest in persuing the hunt, it is broken.

Any suggestions let me know, but this is just off the top of my head.

I see where you going on with this but even with this boost it may not make a difference because there is also the case where sometimes premium member get less egg than non premium members do. but this could be better just maybe not enough to make premium member feel better cause it may be still about 1500 eggs before they get that shiny mega. it really based on luck too(and patience) the only downside i may see it people will complain about how premium members are so better cause they have several shines and a couple shiny megas since changes have been increase also if one was to sell a shiny mega with this boost there would be more and it starts to lose it's rarity.

I May be mistaken but i think someone already suggested increasing mega able chances for premium users.

Also Mega ables are supposed to be hard to get, Increasing the chance would make it less fun to try and get mega ables <3 I wouldn't mind it though since i'm hunting every shiny mega.

Actually there is no "chance" to hatch a Mega. They just hatch random :3 So you can't increase the chance because there is no.

Mega's do not have a percentage on when they hatch cause what Mirej said is right they hatch randomly and cause of that reason you will have to be lucky to hatch one that is why a shiny mega is rarer then hatching a mega.

To be honest bourkey man, I feel sorry for your chain but I can't support this. Premium members already have a HUGE advantage over non-premium members. Just the fact of having a higher Shiny chance is boost enough, there doesn't need to be a Mega-Able one.

You just kinda need to wait. You already have 2 Shiny Megas, you should know by now that you just need to have patience. ~~even though you didn't hunt one of those two~~.

Non-premium members getting Shiny Megas is just pure luck and you shouldn't be upset over it.

They are hard to get and I don't think that creating a 1-2% chance would make a difference.
We've the same problems with shinies - people, also premium member, have to chain sometimes until 200-300 to get just *one* shiny... while others have 5-6 in a 200-300 chain.
This whole game is not supposed to be fair.

and yes, I see the point that we're paying - and this is the reason why we expect to be successful at the end. but even if we pay, we're in need of luck. and we all know luck isn't buyable.

There will ever be people who reach their goal before others - and its possible that those aren't premium members - and that's ok. Yes it might be frustrating for people, but that's the problem of this people - we're taking this game too serious sometimes.

sorry for using clear words here - but that's exactly why this whole community is getting sicker and sicker. everybody here is trying to get everything as fast as possible - but people aren't worth more because they're buying a premium-membership, or because they had luck getting a shiny-mega. (wtf, just typing this sounds insane to me, but I really saw people that overreact in such a way here)

we should all calm down sometimes.

Ehm, saying that there isn't a chance of hatching a mega-able is a contradiction, because it's random, that means there's a chance of the baby being mega-able or not.

Edit: Anyway, I don't think there should be a higher chance of hatching a mega-able if you are a premium meber (tho it will benefit me because I'm hunting a shiny mega too), I think there should be a higher chance of hatching a mega-able when you hatch, for example, 200 eggs. And when you hatch the first shiny mega the chance of getting the mega-able just returns to normal, and starts again.

That'd make: the more you work on getting the mega-able -> the better odds of hatching a shiny mega.

I don't support this. We need some way to fix the issues mega-ables have and have brought but I don't believe this is the way to go. Premium users already have so many advantages, and on top of that I'd prefer a better way to get mega-ables that would benefit everyone.

Just because a lot of people aren't premium doesn't mean this can't be implemented.
Premium Members already have an increased chance of hatching Shinies, why can't they have increased chances of hatching megas as well? We donate to site, after all.
