Mydresh was still awaiting order to fall over the meeting. He
thought of trying to call calm himself, but then thought better of
it. Everybody would just look at him confused, wouldn't they? They
were much more used to the newer tongues, the more modern
languages. He growled to himself, the vibrations buzzing the water
around him and sending up a few massive bubbles, alerting unaware
creatures to his presence.
"We need to discuss a course of action." Yiucko called over all the
creatures. "The humans have always threatened balance, and they
will no doubt become aware of the presence of all mystical beings!"
The qilin shook her head. Humans sometimes found miraculous ways of
getting over the most impossible tasks. Inter-dimensional travel?
Nothing. They'd be on the creatures lickity split
Summer frowned. “Pardon me asking,” she called, “But humans are
blamed because they overpopulate and reign supreme in their world.
Don’t we do the same in this world?” She had waited to voice this
question to other creatures for a long time. In fact, she was
genuinely confused. Humans were supreme due to their intelligence
and abilities. Mythical creatures do the same. So what’s the
difference?

“I’m thinking we should maybe try reasoning with them. Try not to
cause panic. Maybe a dragon or griffin could go since those two
creatures are already known.” Inferno said. Inferno kind of agrees
with Summer. She had a good point.
Leviathan agrees with Yiucko but doesn’t say anything about
Inferno’s plan, wanting to hear all ideas first before deciding on
a single one.
Mydresh took this chance to speak up. "Krakens are sparse in the
abysmal dark. We cannot and shall not be blamed for overpopulating
our territories." He drifted for a moment, letting this sink in,
then continued, " This appears to be similar with the serpentines,
if I am correct. " One of his eyes rolled around in his skull until
it fixated on Leviathan.
Yiucko couldn't quite place exactly who'd called out, so she gave
the crowd a confused look. "I fail to see how that's relevant."
Yiucko had always remained neutral to the situation of humans. She
didn't stereotype them, she just understood and predicted the
actions of the majority. Besides, right now was not the time to
talk of controversial opinions, now was the time to discuss, and
defend. She shook her head again. That interuption was simply and
utterly worthless! She narrowed her eyes at the crowd
Leviathan looks at the kraken and nods his head at him, knowing he
was talking about the sea serpents and how they rarely bred and
were rarely found anywhere in the Sea of Poison. He continues to
listen. Inferno also listens.
Summer sighed. Looked like she had to pick a different time to
voice that question out. Although, if not now, when? She pushed
that thought aside. “I agree with Inferno.” She said instead. A
drop of worry entered her heart, but she was reassured by the dact
that not all mythical creatures thought badly of humans.

"I however, disagree." She flicked a whisker at Inferno. "Far too
dangerous. Even if humans are aware of the existance of dragons and
Griffins, how do we know they won't attack?" Even if some humans
were good, Yiucko tried her best to be fair, she did know
that bad humans indeed existed. She was thinking more of an
emergency plan for if the humans broke free of the dimension they
called home.
The black Kraken blinked in acknowledgement of Leviathan, then
listened a moment longer, speaking up once more. "Humans always act
impulsively. If we do choose to reveal ourselves, they will panic
and strike, similar to a cornered morsel of prey. They are
unpredictable and violent, and will stop for only a moment to gape
before attempting to annihilate all of us."
“You all have a good point. I just don’t know what to do. If we
attack, then they’ll think we are evil and want to destroy them. If
we try to do it peacefully, then they might attack us anyway.”
Inferno said to the crowd. He wondered what to do. Maybe make it
like a hoax and someone had a fire weapon or something? He thought
this in his head.
"huff...sorry...I'm late...." Stardrop panted as she ran to the
location where the meeting was held. Due to some constraints, she
left her place late and had to run all the way here, resulting to
her just arriving. After finally reaching that place, she could
finally rest her sore feet. "What did I just miss?"
Wylia just reached the meeting. She was late to due to some
circumstances. She had to go to her world for some work.
"Uh...so, you all were on time. Weren't you ? Sorry, forgot about
the meeting. Anyways, what are we discussing ?" Wylia asked the
other mythical creatures.
She noticed the same Pheonix whom he had bumped into.
He looked at her.
"Hey."
Mydresh grumbled from his vantage point, attracting their
attention. "Discussion of revealing ourselves to human kind.. And
consequences of doing so. To add to that, revealing the 'myth' side
of us. I know some here can camouflage themselves." He flicked an
arm, indicating he was done speaking, and turned his attention back
to the crowd.
Wylia decided to speak up. "Of course. I won't say that humans are
not bad, but, not all of them are bad. Some of them care for their
nature, animals, birds, and among other things."
"What I'm trying to say is, we, shouldn't attack the human world."
Wylia ended her turn.
"Ahhh I see, I personally think we should not do it. If we do,
there is a chance we will face more danger than we currently do.
However, if we dont, it will die down. Over time, the humans will
forget about us and think it is just another myths. Why do you
think myths about us exists in the first place? There must have
been a time where we lived with the humans and something must have
happened to cause our separation." Star thought carefully, her
tails wrapped around her body as she thought carefully.
"Hm. We must have lived. But, right now, we must not destroy the
human world. Why give punishment to everybody for just a few people
?" Wylia questioned
“Uh...hi?” Moeru said as he turns his attention to Wylia “Guys, the
meeting is going to start as soon as the Kirin starts talking, also
we haven’t discuss anything yet” he said
"We left because we found humans too territorial. It was best for
us to remove ourselves from the scene and help the other creatures
externally. I was there. We separated after multiple of us were
captured and killed by the humans, who found it a sport. Us
phoenixes, in particular, were hunted for our tears, which as you
may know heals all mortal wounds, even fatal ones. I was one of
their last catches and would be dead, too, was it not for one of
them setting me free. You're right about not all of them being bad,
but we can't risk the safety of all beings simply based on a few of
a species. We cannot remain inactive." Samton's voice was graver
than ever. His crescent mark was flaring. His eyes had a flame
stronger than ever.
