Also, I'm going to be designing a character as a gift for my irl friend, any suggestions on what species I should make and maybe accessories? She loves the colors blue, green, and purple.

I really like the coloring and the different shades of the lineart color to see where the light is coming from!!

Maybe you could blur it out a tiny bit so it actuslly blends in with the back ground?
