does the leaf from the event drop from any mob from any type of coliseum...

Tails, the leaves only drop from neutral and nature element mobs within the coliseum. :>

Blooming Scavanger is the one with the fire element.

Coliseuming is the baaasss for the leafs and just treasure earning in general.

I never get treasure coins, but food and leafs that sometimes give me treasure.
