Hello everyone!
First of all, thanks to everyone who entered the contest, we really appreciate all of you!
The Artists (including me), Moderators, & Riako have discussed all the entries. All of them are great, but like in every other contest there can only be three prizes.... so *drumbeats*
There was a very small difference between the winners' points, the contest was very close!

as official contests are posted, the information you need to know to participate in them will be included along with the rules of that particular contest

with contests in the user-made contests area, a user will usually have the rules and instructions in their posts as well, but if you have questions about them, you can just message the person who is running it, and i'm sure they'd be happy to help
