Adding some of the spreads, Lem another bite. She nodded, agreeing with the half dragon-borne cookie. “Dee made the pancakes and the jams and spreads were made by Miss.. umm…”

She turned to the cookie beside her. Her help to make breakfast for all the cookies was a pure act of thoughtfulness, and yet Lem didn’t even know her name. “I’m sorry, I never asked. What’s your name? I’m Lem. Mango Lemon Cookie.”

"There you go." She pat his head, tucking his scarf in. "I'll be with the others if you need me, okay?" One more head pat, and she walked back to the table, noticing the pancakes shoveled down by the residential dragon. "Oh my, someone must really like the pancakes." She laughed.

“I’m sorry, I never asked. What’s your name? I’m Lem. Mango Lemon Cookie.”
She smiled softly but sweetly. "I'm Princ-" She stopped herself. Why was she using that title? She hadn't said the words in years. She didn't deserve to be called a princess anymore. Royals shouldn't abandon their people.

That dream must have messed with her brain.

"Ace. Acai Berry Cookie." She said softly. After living in the woods for so many years, she had found her way around berries and spices.

She was very pleased that everyone had enjoyed her and Dee's food.

“Mmfph….Yeah I do, they’re very tasty. When you’re adventuring, you don’t get food like this unless ya go stealing it from innocent villagers. Which I’m really not fond of, thank you very much. Nice to have food like this every once in a while. And if you don’t mind me asking, whaddya planning to do anyways? Cami never told me much, just that we were going on a rescue mission. Or something. Seemed a fun enough adventure, but y’know, I’d like to hear the details and all. Or….are we just winging it?” Coca somehow managed to get all the words out, while still scarfing down pancake after pancake. It seemed she was more than eager to help finish whatever food the other cookies couldn’t stomach.

Mona began to clean up the kitchen, washing and stacking the dishes and putting them away, as well as the food. "It's time for us to pack up- those that are going with me to Amaryllis City."

Rosewater Cookie, having finished eating, assisted the Cookie who was cleaning up.
"It's time for us to pack up- those that are going with me to Amaryllis City." This caught Rosewater's attention. Amaryllis City was a high tech place. Her family actually had connections there, mainly through flowers and familial ties. The futuristic technology they had helped the flowers live longer after being cut, helped enhance their colors and scents, even helped in the growing process. A couple of her mother's siblings worked at the Alyssum Hospital and one of her own sister's worked in the Heather Mall. But Rosewater had to ask, "Why do we need to go to Amaryllis City?"

Black Lily Cookie watched the downed Cookie attempt to speak. She carefully watched her mouth something. 'Blu... Lo... Tus'. BLC quickly connected the dots. She wrote and showed a new message. "You need a Blue Lotus Flower?"

Merin gently set down his silverware as he elegantly wiped his lips with a napkin.

Amaryllis City?

Now that caught his attention. He turns his head to the kind cookie, who he found sort of familiar. If he remembered correctly, they must have crossed paths at the flower shop.

Enlightened, Merin spoke up in a questioning voice.

"Amaryllis City? May I ask why, and if I can come along."

Mona nodded. "Anyone can join. Amaryllis City is a large Capital, hopefully it won't have been already touched by the Cookies of Darkness. With luck, perhaps one of the council members is residing there."

Ace noticed that they were wrapping up breakfast. They were heading to Amarylis City. Okay. hikes weren't a problem for her. She had hiked every inch of her home forest...before it...y'know, burned down. With the fall of Floraberry Kingdom--- oh yes! Floraberry, and its queen Elle---and Elle's call for help. The dream. "I had something I needed to discuss with you all." Her tone turned serious. She wanted everyone to enjoy breakfast before going into the more serious topic of the day. "The dream. I know you all had it. It was enchanted, a trip to the Dreamland. Someone must summoned us there. Ell--- Lemon Lavender Cookie clearly cried for help." She paused, thinking of their itinerary. "I beleive it is better to head straight for the fallen Floraberry kingdom. She said that we needed to find her weapon, her staff. Only her magic could cause that flash of light that day. She makes her magic with her staff, she was last seen with her staff, in her castle. Can you see what I'm getting at here? The staff must be in the castle. Finding the staff equals finding her. Finding Lemon Lavender equals finding the council. Finding everyone equals day saved, we equal heroes. Capishe?" She paused to realise she was going a mile a minute. "Thoughts?" She asked, nearly out of breath.

Lottie nodded rapidly. She knew that there was a magical lake in the forest, with every kind of flower you could imagine inside of it. Silviary Pond, I think it's called... She thought to herself. Chances were low that this cookie knew where that was, so instead---seeing as this cookie could read lips---she just mouthed, "Pond in forest"

"If we storm in the castle, we'll be overwhelmed immediately. To avoid that, we need the council to help us on our journey. It stands to reason that we don't want to go into enemy territory right away, seeing as though it's more likely for us to be captured." Mona retaliated, trying to emphasize her point on why she chose the path she did. "At least we'll be able to gather more information from Amaryllis City, even if it has been reduced to almost nothing."

“If Lemon Lavender Cookie wants our help, then undoubtedly we should try to keep as many of us alive as possible. Storming Floraberry Kingdom is a ridiculously foolish thing to do, seeing as we’re tens going up against tens of thousands. There’s no way in hell we stand a chance with such a rash, unplanned idea. Mona’s right, I’ll ask Coca if she knows about Amaryllis City. That young dragon-borne has been everywhere and anywhere. If there’s someone who knows the landscape of our kingdoms, it’s Coca.” Cami stated, leaning against the doorframe.

“I say we follow Mona’s lead to collect information, then gather any and all allies, discuss battle strategies then go to war with the Enchantress. If we want to stand a chance against her, then it’s all or nothing.”

Meanwhile, the energy-filled, excitable dragon-borne cookie was nowhere inside the house. Having scarfed down enough pancakes, she had disappeared into the dark forest beside Cami’s cottage. Heaven knows what she was up to.

Those two must have Mona and Ruby - the cookies Dee had mentioned earlier. Lem nodded at Ace, adjusting the position of the bag on her shoulder. Her pancakes were finished and the spare berries were tipped back into her jar.

Laying out her Elderflowers away from the eating cookies, Lem rinsed the plant and pulled out the stem. She scored at the flowers, leaving her with the off-white blossoms for a medicine or tea. She ran through her list, making sure that everything she had was accounted for: Prepared Elderflower Blossoms, Cloak, Thermos of hot water, Penknife and Spear.

Good. She had everything and was ready to leave for Amaryllis City.

Rosewater Cookie giggled. "Amaryllis City IS really big! It's also VERY high tech as well!" She said happily. She remembered the city from multiple visits for family reunions. Rosewater quickly prepared for the trek and journey ahead...

Black Lily Cookie lip-read what the Cookie was saying. "Pond...in...for...rest... Pond in forest!' BLC nodded in understanding. She brought out a folded up paper, unfolding it to reveal a large map. Looking it over, she found a couple of ponds. She turned the map to the other Cookie, pointing to each pond and its name to see which one she would need to go to...
