I wasn’t able to attend the fishing event a few months back and every time I go to check how many lures I have, I always see that one missing rod, It hurts my OCD.

I suggest adding a way to get it now, maybe like you have to catch every color of magikarp, or it costs like 15 shiny fish that you catch. If this has already been suggested I apologize I didn’t see it. If you think of a better more fair way to get the rod than please do tell.

Or maybe it could be reworked to make it more worthwhile: an event rod that catches the beach exclusives and events more often? (Fishleon, Gloweon, Wishiwashi (School) and Retro Tentacool) It could be the next step up from the Shiny Rod, so you could have both boosted shiny rates and event rates, but have a steep cost like 15 (or more) shiny fish as you suggested

I agree with what is said above. I feel like 15 shiny fish would be too steep of a price, but the overall idea is very good. I'm not sure shiny fish would be the right price in general, really (as I would like to keep all shinies I catch myself regardless if they're doubles or not and I can imagine others want to do the same). Maybe some general rare fish like Phione, Gorebyss or Huntail in a fairly high amount, like 5 of each, would be a better price for the rod?
