She’s quiet and cold despite her appearance, she’s also very merciless and heartless if she’s in desperate need to survive. She is not afraid to kill or sabotage. Reyna has a good memory and she likes planning things out

Reyna can summon items from nothing at cost of her stamina and energy depending on how big the item is. She can also consume the items she made afterwards to regain about 1/3 of the energy she used.

Reyna is fairly good with most weapons considering her power, she has experience with fighting with most weapons before.

Reyna is a fast runner and is good at climbing things.

Reyna could show flaws when using weapons she isn’t as skilled to, she is often fast but she isn’t very good at sprints, she could overlook things sometimes.

Appearance: Maverick has long lengths of unruly silver and electric blue hair. His eyes are mismatched from a freak accident. His eyes are green and grey, with his grey eye having slightly worse vision than his green one. Maverick is pretty scrawny, he almost looks sickly and weak
Personality: Maverick is extremely sarcastic and very laid back. Although he can be very harsh towards Capitol members and Peacekeepers, he doesn't really care about anyone else. He doesn't exactly want to win, but he also doesn't want to die. To him, the Hunger Games is like a vacation, he just wants to sleep and enjoy his mini vacation
Powers: Maverick is immune to all poisons, bacteria, fungi and viruses. In fact, the more lethal the germs and poisons, the more powerful it makes him-- not only can he tolerate it, but he can expell it towards his enemies as a dangerous gas- fortunately for his opponents, his tolerance of germs and poisons cushions the gas- so it's never immediately lethal, unless you stand in the gas for awhile. Still, at it's worse, the toxic gas can be incredibly painful, sometimes ripping off skin, sometimes leaving his target sick for days. Sometimes it can be harmless and be a simple smoke screen- but it's not a gamble you'll want to take
Abilities:
o Strengths: Maverick is well aware of the full extent of his power. There are lots of deadly fungi, bacteria, and poisons for him to find. So he constantly has access to his power
o Weaknesses: Maverick isn't too physically strong, nor is he the best fighter. He also has terrible survival instincts

Li Fengyu has long messy black hair, with a few red strands mixed in, and black obsidian eyes. He usually wears a casual shirt or eve pajamas over his ever-so clean white trench coat, paired with some pants and suit shoes, as though those shoes are the only ones he have.
With a very slender build, he is quite agile, and is a quick runner. He may not be the strongest in terms of strength, but he is quite confident in terms of speed.
He often wore a spaced-out or sleepy expression, if not then he is expressionless.
[Personality]
A typical overthinker, that considers himself the slave of society. Often a day-dreamer, Dr. Rain's mind is often somewhere else due to the lack of sleep during the night.
With the type of personally that speaks his mind, within his job, his reputation isn't the best, but since he is the best at his job, even the higher ups can't get him fired.
Li Fengyu is often using most of his brain cells during the field work of his jobs, thus ordinarily when he is not working, he does not like anything complicated. Does not like change, and is often unwilling to.
Unlike his slow minded usual self, during work, his mind is constantly thinking, thus if someone cuts in, or interrupts him, Li Fengyu is easily irritable.

Li Fengyu has been the best forensic investigator/doctor in his team and poLice department, solving many difficult and hidden cases that seems to lost all hope. He is able to tell when the body has died and how it died, accurately.
Not only that, any occupations in the medical field, like surgeon, heart doctor, he could if he wanted too. He could save any Living being, as long as it still has a breath left. But since Li Fengyu has lost his sense of pure justice when he was young, he stayed in his forensic department.
But now, not only can he tell how and when the victim died, he could easily revision the crime scene and how it worked out. Make a profile of the criminal, and their psychological mindset, to narrow down the possible suspects and catch the criminal. Ever since then, he has never failed a case.

Appearance:
Personality: He's a real jerk at first, but once you get to know him, he is a real sweet bean. He is a cream puff around higher authorities and supports the Capitol.
Powers: He can absorb the color from organisms and drain the colors into himself while killing the being. It takes some time, but he lives off of it. He has a three-hour time limit of life, but it resets every time he absorbs color. This results in a terrible sleep schedule.
Abilities: He is medically trained and is skilled at making illusions.

Calm, quick thinker, she’s very sensitive, Lumine is easily frightened, she’s afraid of the dark and is slightly claustrophobic, Lumine is scared of loud noises and gets slight headache or dizziness when in contact with blood

Healing/shielding
Lumine can gather certain herbs and plants and make them into medicine stuff (idk I’m not good with medicinal things), she can also conjure small bubble shields , which absorbs attacks, and after she takes down the bubbles she will need to rest or take potions aka her medicines things

Lumine has a photographic memory and is very good at telling herbs and plants from poisonous ones.
o Weaknesses
Lumine is extremely scared of animals (spider, snake and insects), and is very sensitive to noise, she is often quite messy and she also hates being alone in the dark, it sometimes causes her to hallucinate and pass out.
