Guess the pokemon by their Dex entry!

How it works:
User A posts a Dex entry of any pokemon
User B tries and guess what pokemon the dex entry belongs to. They then post their own dex entry for the next user to guess
User C comes along and guesses User B's Dex and so on.
Example:
User A: It flourished worldwide during the ice age but its population declined when the masses of ice began to dwindle.
User B: Hmm... Mamoswine?
It is impossible to distinguish from rocks. It slams against others in contests of hardness.
User C: Oooh! Geodude!
Rules:
1) All PH rules apply
2) No cheating! Don't google the answers!
3) Please check this post to see what pokemon dex entries aren't allowed
Pokemon who's dex entries are currently not allowed:
All new pokemon introduced in Scarlet and Violet.
Anyways guess I'll start: It soars on updrafts without flapping its wings. It makes a nest on sheer cliffs at the sea's edge.
