All this time, you loved a nice life in your cabin, weaving stars made out of a special thread. All this time you didn't ask or notice where the thread was coming from, but once, it never came. You and the other star weavers in your station need to go find where the star thread has gone to, unless the world will be purged in a terrible darkness.

Cassiopeia ruffled her dress, annoyed. this...stupid uniform! She sighed, putting her head down on the central table in the cabin. Glancing around, she saw all the other star weavers at work, and as she took some star thread in her hands and tried to finnick with it, she was unsuccessful and just went back to watching everyone. She thought this job was boring, and while others thought it was a gift from the gods, to her it felt like a burden.

Leo, on the other hand, was hard at work. He carefully but efficiantly made a successful 'star web', mimicking a spider web. Carefully setting it down and letting it work its magic. He watched as the web of thread clustered together, then glowed brighter. He watched it phase through the cabin roof, taking its place in the sky. He then got started on a new one and noticed that they were running out of thread. Hmm. A new one should've come already.

Draco snuck up behind casiopeia, wrapping their huge barrel like arms around cassiopeia. “Cassieeeeee i’m booooored, do we have to keep spinning these stars? I know god gave us this job, but i want to see the world!” Suddenly from behind draco came scorpio, slapping the back of dracos head. “You dumb mofo, get back to work!” Draco started to protest as scorpio dragged him back to his station, a annoyed look settling over their face.

Pegasus fiddled with the thread in their hand absentmindedly, observing the commotion a few feet away. Smirking, they looked away and started weaving. Under, over, through... the pattern for this certain star had already been drilled into their head centuries ago. They weaved for a bit, pausing a few times to check if the pattern was correct. Under, over, through... under, over--hm. Their thread seemed to have run out already. They went to get some more, but there was barely any left. "Hey, what's this for?!" they exclaimed. There was definitely more thread on all the other days... so why so little today?

Sage was happily making a beautiful arragements of stars. Despite their hands being in hell at the moment, they had a "This is fine" smile pretending there was no pain at all. After around of hour they was FINALLY FINISHED WITH THE DANG PIECE and rushed over to the others to see what they were doing.
Aquila was just weaving some stars while drinking some Comet Smoothie (Even tho there is no need for consumption to have energy for Star Weavers like her). She was looking foward to talk to the others after she was finished with her current design, which was formed like a dream catcher of sorts.

Cassiopeia giggled a bit at Draco's misery. "You gotta keep doing it-" She called after Draco, then slumped back over again. "Here, Cass, need some help?" Leo asked her, patting her shoulder. "It's not that hard, really. You just take the thread-...well, if we have any." He motioned to the empty thing of thread. Curious, Cass examined it. "Huh. All over got left is this-" she said, motioning to the knot of star thread. "Don't think you can fix it though."

In the cabin, there was always one room that no one really liked to go into. It was a regular door, nothing special in its plainness but still it sparked uneasiness to anyone who stood in front of it. This was Ophiuchus' work room, always closed and a little scary especially to the newer weavers. Behind the door was a simple room, just a bed, a loom and chair before the loom. Perched upon the chair was Ophiuchus, callused hands passing the weft star yarn between the warp, keeping an even tension as a river of stars spread out across the fabric as a galaxy took form within the rug. It was taking up a lot of thread but then again he was creating a whole entire galaxy so it was bound to be extensive. Pushing down the weaving comb, Ophiuchus frowned when their shuttle squeaked and whined, signalling that they have run out of thread. They could have sworn that they had more but whatever, they'd just have to go to the central table in their frankly cramped cabin. Oh well, they needed to refill their water bottle anyways, so it was about time to get up.

Sliding out of his seat, Ophiuchus stretched as his bones popped and cracked from being stuck in the same position for too long. Grabbing a reasonably large thermos (read: about as big as his face), Ophiuchus pushed open the almost always closed door and padded towards the main area, bracing themself for the chaos that always came with the cabin's inhabitants.

Pegasus leaned back in their chair, sighing. It irked them having to stare at an unfinished creation for so long. They stretched and got up from their seat to check what the others were doing.
Passing by Leo and Cassiopeia, Pegasus noticed their apparent lack of new thread as well. "Hmph, looks like we all have the same problem here," they remarked. "Well I mean Cass here clearly has more problems..." Their eyes flicked to at the tangled mess on the table.
"But hey, what's up with there being no thread anyway?"

Ariadne was weaving a star when she noticed Ophiuchus coming out from his room. There they go again... Always cooped up in that private little room of theirs. As one of the only ones who'd been there longer, she'd noticed when he had moved in that little corner room of the cabin. As he passed by, she gave a slight upward nod of acknowledgement and resumed her weaving.

"Well- It's not my fault I can't do it!" Cassiopeia whined, staring at the mess of thread. Do something. Turn into a star. Please? She huffed. Leo patted her back and turned to Pegasus. "Yeah...we haven't gotten a new shipment of yarn yet." He glanced down at the old watch on his wrist. Not that it would do any good, it was still set to 9:41 from when he had found it. He hadn't known how to work it so it just stayed that way. "I'm gonna make an announcement soon. The shipment could come in any second now, it might just be late."

Aries fell screaming from the ceiling, suspended by his foot by a grinning scorpio and a silent big dipper, Aries screeched as he swung around the room in great arcs, hitting his head against everything and generally causing chaos. “HELP MEEEEEEEEEEE” Aries said, but before he could continue, he was swung upward by scorpio, smashing a hole right through the roof shaped like Aries. Cygnus cutely giggled while knitting another hat made of stars. “Another one bites the dust~”

Orion snickered, looking at where Aries had crashed through the roof. “Nice.”

Canis Major was quiet but was evidently hiding laughs. He turned back to his string.

Leo sighed, watching the commotion. Climbing up on the table and counting heads, he cleared his thought. "Silence down, everyone." we should have everyone... my stars this is a madhouse. "If everyone can be quiet for five minutes..." He huffed under his breath. Cass, her head still on the table, huffed, flicking the mess of thread away and watched Leo try to make an announcement.

Sagitta weaved the thread excitedly, the spinning stars bobbing in an energetic way. She hummed a little tune and snickered at the others' antics. "Don't hurt each other, ya'lls." Her peice was almost done! It was almost.... wait... where's the string? She looked around. There wasn't another thread in sight. Did it maybe cut off..?

Pisces sighed, their voice sounding tinkly yet tired and dreamy. They just wished for some peace and quiet for once. Their work wasn't really completed because of the disturbance in the force. Still, they continued to weave the thread. It was in a pattern of a snake of some sort.

Suddenly, Aries crashed down onto Leo. What goes up must come down after all. Cygnus watched this in the corner, finishing her hat. She watched as it floated into the sky, she wondered where it went. Reaching for another spool of wool, she frowned as she grasped air. “HEY! WHERES THE STRING? WHO STOLE IT? SCORPIO, IT BETTER NOT BE YOU AGAIN-“ scorpio shook her head, vehemently denying it.

Orion has gone back to weaving and finished his piece of a bow. He watched it float up and went to grab more thread, then let out an annoyed grunt. He looked around for who could have taken it. Canis Major had gone to fighting with Canis Minor about who had taken the others thread.

"AAH-" Leo braced for impact, eventually falling pun not intended victim to the skyborn Aries. Dusting himself off, he spoke again. "Oh my stars, shut up!" He spoke louder, practically yelling over the chaos. "This is useless-" He muttered, shaking his head. can you all just shut up and behave for FIVE GOD DANG SECONDS-

Libra looked around to see Aries flying but kept a straight face before asking the others for more yarn. "What do you mean we've run out? Get more then!" She walked over to Leo and wanted to hear what they had to say. man , I need to get back to work, where's this god damn yarn... She thought as she waited for everyone to calm down and wait for what Leo had to say.

Sagitta sighed and stood up. "Guys. GUYS. CALM DOWN." She barked, grabbing Aries and putting them on their feet. "Chill out for a second or two!" She pointed at Cygnus. "You too, gal."

Pisces just whined and continued weaving. Since they never really did anything, their thread wouldn't run out as quick. maybe everyone should just stop-

Sage hears some commotion going on in one of the spaces and decided to go where all the shouting was coming from. They see as the others were just yelling at one another and also see their sibbling, Scorpio "Whats going on here???" They say outloud to everyone.

Scorpio skipped over to sage and wrapped their arms around their neck. “Oh nothing, leo wants to give a little speech.” Aries grumbled and joined in on the hug. “She dangled me by the foot too from the suspender, now theres a hole in the roof.” Scorpio laughed. “Oh come off it, you know you like the new skylight.”

Pyxis was in his study making a map out of star thread when he ran out. " That's odd..." Pyxis said, " The thread should be infinite. It couldn't have just ran out. What in the galaxy has happened?" He put the map aside for a later date to figure out where all his thread could've disappeared to.
