You were born as a rare species called a Non-Human, a human with slight alterations to their bodies. Some examples of this would be cat-like eyes, webbed hands, small patches of scales, sharp and thick nails, fangs, etc.. Nobody really knows about your existence as everyone who does has kept it a well hidden secret. You are human enough to blend in with society, albeit with extreme difficulty, but you've managed. That is, until now. See, your blood is poisonous to humans, and it doubles as the most potent acid in the world. One drop could burn a hole through nearly everything before evaporating. As no one really knows about your existence, no one knows the dangers of the blood running through your veins. One Non-Human, though, didn't know this either, until they accidentally got caught in a deadly fight. Blood was drawn, and some of their blood fell into the wound of another person, poisoning them and turning them into... something else. They didn't turn into zombies per-say, but their behavior was similar. Lifeless, mindless husks of the person they once were, left to slowly rot as they still managed to mindlessly roam around until they were just a pile of bones. The fumes from the burning skin alone was enough to poison everyone around, spreading the disease until the world became an apocalyptic wasteland, everyone except your kind.
Now, you have to live alone, searching for those like you in hopes of survival and... well, what much is there to do in an apocalypse? It hasn't been long since the incident, maybe only 2 weeks, so there's still hope of a regular human around, but it's not like that will help, or will it? You've been hearing rumors that there has been a group of humans who have been trying to get non-humans to join their cause, rebuild the world and "allow the non-humans to live a normal life." You've also heard that they are ruthless, forcing others to comply and killing anyone they see that doesn't agree...

4. Your character can't have major changes such as being basically part cat, only a few distinct features. Your character can also have variously different features, such as claws with scales, bird eyes with webbed fingers, etc.
5. This is a Semi-Lit roleplay, meaning paragraph form and at least write 1 paragraph (3-5 sentences)
6. Ask me to request a major plot change or event

Appearance: Victoria is taller than most, appearing around 6 feet tall. Her dirty blond hair only goes to her shoulders, but it compliments her dull emerald green eyes. Her shoulders are bulky and her style is tomboyish. Her 'alteration' would be the slightly visible horns, hidden underneath her hair.
Personality: Victoria has been an outcast for about all of her life. It wasn't because of her alteration, she just couldn't find the motivation to fit in. She doesn't talk often, and when she does she always sounds grumpy and mean.

・ Appearance - Lilli is quite an extraordinary and unique non-human, as she is considered the most "monsterous" of them all. She has the large horns of a ram curling towards the sides of her head, the yellow eyes of an eagle, elf-like ears, webbed hands and feet with exceptionally sharp claws on her fingers, the gills of an aquatic animal on the sides of her neck, 4 large fangs, and lastly, large wings similar to those of a bat growing from her shoulder blades. As it may sound, it seems as though this non-human has had an impossibly tough time blending in, but for now she hasn't for one sole reason. Due to the immense amount of hate and ruthless torture from when she was only a little girl, Lilli has rid herself of every vile part of her she could. Large, thick stumps are now left in the mess of her long, curly red hair, lines of scars are left in between her fingers and toes, there are small holes in between her teeth where fangs once were, and stumps are also left on her back. Her prominent golden eyes are now always covered by jade contacts, and she has stitched up her gills so now there are 4 lines of scars across her neck. Lilli is below average in height, standing at only 5 foot but makes up for it with the ankle boots she wears. A plain black beanie is used to cover her head, and a single-colored t-shirt with a short leather jacket on top to cover the stumps on her back. She also wears deep blue jeans and always has her hair covering her ears and parts of her face. ・

・ Personality - As someone who has had to hide their entire lives, Lilli isn't much of a talker, or even someone worth interacting with. She tries her best not to talk due to the fear of someone seeing her teeth, even when there's so much she wants to say. She maintains a relatively boring expression, and doesn't usually acknowledge those who try and talk to her. She has bottled up all her thoughts and emotions for so long, she has begun to shut down and become more lifeless. The rest is TBRPD ・
