Dissapearing into the backroom, the figure checked the locks after the woman and Odil followed them in. Then, they spoke. "Are we alone?" "Yes." "Good." The figure took off his cloak, revealing himself to be the missing prince.

Skye raises an eyebrow at the statement, humming as a reply, before taking the box from Rebecca’s hands, and opens it up. Inside were various brooches, beads and jewels. “Which one do you think the princess likes? I’ve sowed many many, many dresses in my life, but rarely do I sow one for the princess. I always think other maids are more suited at fancy clothes sewing.”

She sighed and tapped her head thoughtfully. "I don't know..maybe emeralds? She seems to like green. Honestly, I don't know much, it's only been a few years since the king remarried."

“I see. Then green it is.” She picks up several emerald and places them thoughtfully on the dress at different places, looking at it for a good amount of time before occasionally rearranging it. She took a bunch of white pearls and began threading them through a string. “Be a dear and help me hold the other end will you? I dread it when it drops and all the beads go all over the place and I have to pick them up.”

The little girl was quick to work, obeying Skye's orders. She seemed easily able to follow orders, and quicky did as Skye asked. "Of course, Miss Skye."

Skye grins. “No need to call me Miss Skye. You’re making me sound old” Her tone was playful and light, and she threaded about a hundred beads onto the thread, before tying the ends and sowing it onto the dress. A whil me later, thanks to Skye’s nimble fingers, the dress was finished. “How does it look?”

She grins “Thanks.” Putting the dress safely away, she asks “So what do you do in the kitchens? Anything fun?” She asks. “My duties include washing clothes, ironing and sewing. Sounds simple, but isn’t”

Granted, there are days where the whole castle seems to have emptied their wardrobe into the wash-baskets, but most of the time, the work is reasonable. My favourite thing to do is sewing, though. “That’s cool.” Skye replies. She doesn’t seem unnerved or in awe, just mildly surprised. “Have you always been able to do that?” She asks as she puts the dress in a nice box with a pretty matching silk ribbon.

Jace eyes Willow's tools wearily but said nothing. He usually did not keep tools with him, and had little experience with lock picking. He was sneaky- he stole in broad daylight, and not by breaking into homes. When some time had passed, he grew restless and decided to walk upto the room the other three were in, and put his ears to the door sneakily, eavesdropping.

"Moxie!" Odil barked, and she backed off, still scowling. "Talk."

"I need you to help me steal something. From my sister."

Interesting. Jace thought. Sister, the new princess? It must be the prince they were talking about. And yes, the voice matched. So he went missing a few days ago, and now he is into hiring robbers, to steal something from his sister?

Skye looks very, very concerned. “Are you okay? Those look bad. Don’t you need to apply something on them?” Skye asks, her eyebrows creased and lips pursed. Skye fusses over the burns, biting her lip harder at every burn she saw, until her lip bled.

"It's okay!" she insisted, eyes wide with something between awe and confusion at this new attention. "It's been happening for awhile, so they don't hurt anymore. It's hard to keep it in, and it burns me, but it's not so bad," she confessed.

Meanwhile, Odil scoffed. "I don't deal in petty sibling arguments."

"You don't understand!" the prince insisted, face white. "My sister has raised a demon, and she's going to unleash it on the rest of the kingdom, I'm telling the truth." Moxie scoffed, but Odil held up a finger. "Let's..hear his majesty out."

The prince told a story of how he had caught his sister, or, as he clarified, half-sister, with illiegal books and in places she shouldn't be, learning about a monster named Krull. He had caught a glimpse of the beast in the castle dungeouns, and it was horrible....

"So what exactly would you want us to steal?" Moxie asked. "The artifact keeping him alive." Odil was silent, then said, "How much?" "Whatever price you want." Odil grinned. "Five hundred thousand gold, and I'll have my team ready." Moxie's jaw dropped, but it nearly met the floor when he added, "I'll send my right hand herself, Moxie, and the two eavesdropping outside the door."
