“Are you sure? If it’s been happening for a while, that’s even worse for you. You poor soul. You really should get something or someone to help you control it. Burns I can treat, so come to me the next time you get one okay? I most definitely can’t teach you how to control powers. But maybe teaching you how to control emotions will help you in some way…?” Skye asks, clearly concerned.

"No, no! If I tell anyone..." A tear slipped down her cheek as her face screwed up, "They'll p-put me away for a long time, please don't tell anyone!"

“I don’t mean them…. What I meant is that there are surely other special people just like you who could be of help. Shhh…don’t cry now. It’s all going to be alright, I won’t snitch.” A gentle finger wipes the tears off Rebecca’s face, and Skye embraces her in a motherly hug.

Rebecca threw her arms around Faith, still crying and saying, "Thank you, Thank you-"

“No problem sweetheart. Now…what about having a nice cup of tea to calm down? I have some tea cakes if you’d like some. Then we can go deliver the dress, and we’ll find something to do— like a chore or something. I have a few clothes I’ve yet to iron.” Skye suggests, letting Rebecca soak her uniform with tears.

When Rebecca calmed down enough, she nodded, saying, "I wanna help, but..the head lady will be mad at me." Evreyone knew the wrath of the head lady when things weren't to plan was terrible.

Quietly, Horizon walked into the Tavern, he was interested on what other people were saying so he decided to start eavsedropping on other peoples conversations without being caught. Very softly he started to hear what everyone around him was saying.

A demon- what in hell?? Was the prince out of his mind?? And-and- 500k gold?? He was definitely dreaming. A monster named Krull... in the dungeons... artifact that kept him alive... all that boggled Jace. Also, the fact that Odil had caught him eavesdropping. So, ashamed at being caught, he went on to enter the room to reveal himself, but embarrassingly found it locked and smacked into the doorframe.

Moxie was temporarily distracted by the smacking noise, and yanked open the door, pulling Jace inside. "Not nice to eavesdrop."

"Sorry" Jace muttered, ruffling his hair. He bowed to the prince, "Your majesty, would you care to describe the monster better?" In the shock of the intel, he had forgotten how much he hated the prince and the royalty... which only increased when he remembered it was the princess who had "summoned" the demon.

Horizon sneaked around until he found the door, then he took put a glass cup he was holding and quietly put it against the wall. Then he put his ear to the glass cup so he could hear what they were saying.

“Well then, we can split up. Run to me if you need any help okay?” She passes Rebecca a few small cakes, before gently ushering her along the corridor to kitchen. “Bye, Rebecca. I’ll be ironing clothes if you need me.” Skye waved, before hurrying off with the dress.

Odil simply crossed his arms, observing. Almost immieadiently, he had snuck into the shadows and was watching carefully, white and yellow eyes glowing. He smirked a little. The prince sighed, seeing Jace. "Please, you don't have to do that, my family never earned that kind of respect anyways. And please, call me Ben. No one does anymore...As for the monster, it was absolutley horryfying. At least, what I could see. Huge, with tentacles coming from its mouth and flashing yellow eyes like our lovely...friend here, Odil's. But his were more sinsiter, and I could tell he could rip anything apart with the flick of a finger. And if we don't get that artifact, it will be set on us all." Moxie gave the prince a digusted look, the young woman was much more open about her hatred of the royalty then Jace was. "You want us to do your dirty work?" "You're doing his dirty work," Odil said dryly, "I just put you on the job." Moxie whirled around. "What?!" "You and Jace are going to be working with the prince to steal this..artifcat." "You can't be serious." "You're my best thief, Moxie, and a damn good spy. You're the one for a job in the castle, you have always said your talents were wasted." "But-it's the prince!" "You know I'm not that happy to work with her either, Odil," the prince said. "She seems like an absolute nightmare." "Hey!" "I've already made my descison," Odil said with a slight barking tone. "Moxie, don't forget you work for me. And Prince Ben, if you want this artifact gone, you'll agree to the terms, no?" Ben sighed. "Alright, fine." Odil turned to Jace, saying, "And what about you? You actually have a choice here." Moxie, meanwhile, busied herself by going to the door and yanking in Horizon. "That's the last time someone eavesdrops on my conversations, boy."

Rebecca nodded, scurrying away and nearly bumping into the princess, a blonde woman with pointed features and eyes so green they were almost hypnotizing. "Watch it!" she barked, and Rebecca apologized, clumsily curtsying before continuning to go. The princess seemed busy, heading down to the dungeouns, which were near the path to the kitchens.

Thankfully, Skye hadn’t gone far. “Princess! You dress is ready, would you like it now or would you like it to be sent to your room?” She calls out, in a voice clear and pleasant. She hurries back along the corridor with the box, giving Rebecca a quick, comforting pat.

"Send it to my room," she snapped in the enterance to the dungeouns, "I have..buisness." But in her rush, she left the doors opened slightly...

Skye turned back “Of course, Princess.” She gently nudged Rebecca, using her head to point towards the dungeon door. “What’s going on?” She whispers

"Sometimes the princess goes down there," She confessed, "Though I don't know why."

“I see….well, you should just be alert around there, just in case. Make sure none of you get into danger. If the princess is in danger, alert someone, anyone. I’ll go deliver the dress” Skye instructs before going off to deliver the dress.

Jace scoffed at Prince Ben's humbling nature, but appreciated it. He was right how they did not deserve it... "Tentacles..." He murmured as he listened to what Ben said about the monster. It was scary, but the prospect of getting so much gold..."How much of the five hundred thousand will I be getting?" He asks Odil. It was... important to clarify that. Who knows he goes in gets the job done and then Odil gives him not a penny of what he deserves...

"Hmmm....30%?" That seemed reasonable to the thief king, but you could never tell what he was thinking. He was a closed book.
