Jace lingered around the corner to where Odil and Willow were, counting his day's haul. He had enough gold to...get about another day's worth of stay here at the Tavern! And when he was about to call it a day, he remembered his little haul. The necklace- the one he found in a barrel that was going to the palace. How the royalty leaves around such riches lying around- And so, he approached Odil, unsure of what to do of it, though he was sure it was worth a lot. "Odil! What do you reckon I'd get for this one?" He asks, showing a glimpse of the necklace out of his pocket.

Odil's attention was temporarily diverted to the necklace. He darted from his seat and in a flash it was in his hands, running through his fingers under the table smoothly. "Hmmm...looks to me like a good five hundred bronze, quite a steal, quite a steal. But you know my rule." The necklace was back in his pocket. "Steal from the rich when they deserve it. We aren't monsters." He held up a finger. "Wait. Jace. How would you like a job."

"The royalty doesn't deserve all they own. They take taxes from the citizens in the name of running the country, and spend half the money on luxuries for themselves." Jace replied in spite. He did not have pleasant memories with the royalty. "And a job, sir, would be an honour." He says, bowing for show.

"As you say" He shrugged, as he fetched himself a barstool to sit on. He didn't mind waiting, and stealing for clients was better than freeloading anyways. Now, he shifted his attention towards Willow. What had Odil been talking about to her? She was a good thief, eh? They'd see who was better...

I have several parts of her dress I have yet to finish.” She leads the way to her room, before picking out the dress and sowing it. “Mind passing me that?” She gestures to a pretty wooden box, labelled with a slip of paper “Accessories for dresses”

"Now that," Odil said, taking a swig of his drink, "Is what I like to hear. And our employer should be here any minute now..." He paused, then brightened, "There they are!" A dark red cloak snaked through the crowd, heading for a backroom. Odil and the woman quietly followed them.

Jace's eyes followed the cloaked figure with piqued interested, but lingered around like Willow did, waiting for an affirmation to follow. Meanwhile, he extended his hand to Willow, and introduced himself, "Jace, nice to meetcha." And though his voice was bland, his expressions suggested he was interested in her.
