Fuzzikins is already on a journey, which means today you can only send 1 adventure + 1 training [or 2 trainings] until Fuzzikins returns or you cancel his journey.
Additionally: Duppy and Minkizza don't have enough energy to go to the City because you sent them on adventures yesterday.
