Honestly I am not sure when I will reopen or if I will stay open. I will reopen for the pet event and to sell any extra Ransolites I have left over, but to make more and keep going is an uncertainty. Life is changing and my thoughts and feelings have also done so.
I love Ransolites, I really do, I want the best for them. But I wont be able to continue on if so many are left gathering dust when they could be rehomed but not given the chance at all. Im not calling anyone out or saying what they are doing is evil, I am moreso thinking over my own feelings and what I want to happen to my work. I don't want hundreds of my Ransolites in a pit being unused but stuck because they look a little cool. It makes me feel awful and I need time to think if I can work with it or fix it. So in the meantime we are closed but
-You can still advertise ran tradings here
-You can still buy/craft potions as long as you don't use them to change a ran
-You can still sell items/request inventory updates
-Overall if its not making me make/edit a ran or do adventures idm
-Edit Even though we are closed I dont mind *only* training Ransolites
Edit: Due to time possibly being very limited and reconsidering, Ran creation prices have been altered to more properly value the time and effort put into it so one is not being forced to make a leopard ran and only getting 50k out of it.

The Ransolite Trading post has a new addition under Listing Guide
It's there to help people list Rans FT easier and hopefully encourage people to put more thought into what Ransolites they actually want and what ones they like, but are willing to give better homes to when given the chance.
While I do not want to put any limitations on people with 150+ NFT rans, but I will if it gives smaller owners a chance to get their own rans or the chance to get older rans they didn't realize were FT
You don't need to follow it, but it's advised to since it's all explained.
A small rule has been added to the cave
I doubt I would use it too often, but I can and will if it means allowing patterns/themes to be owned by more than one person or a Ran has a better chance at having a better home

Due to circumstances I and my cat have sort of moved in with my grandma early. I could remain here for a week or two, or indefinitely. It really depends
Due to this life may start changing and I dont know if I will ever get back to Rans, it really just depends what happens
The pet event might be postponed until next year I dont know, if I dont regain motivation/settle in my possible new home by late August/Mid September then it will be postposted as well as any other event. Hopefully I dont just close the shop forever since I do want to get back to them at some point or another.

How do I break down these changes? I am not sure. Nor do I expect everyone here to follow onto the new site.
I will try and explain as much as possible, while the decision isnt 100% set in stone, it is very high like a 90% chance
-All Ransolite details remain, you wont lose any rans, you wont lose your coins, you wont lose your materials or anything. If you follow you simply just post on a different site
-Most Ransolite things remain, adventures, ran creation, same level up, same potions
-Prices will drastically change and may even be more costly, they will also have USD options as for it is allowed on the site as long as I direct all communication to TH and there is always an on site currency option
-I will no longer accept any forms of payment via PKH. When relocating, I am completely relocating. I do not want 2 different shops open and running at the same time
-All artists will be informed and will have to make a decision if or not they wish to follow or retire since they may not want anything from the other site. But they will be allowed to sell their designs for USD too if have the ability to.
-Ransolites are not an open species since there is still a shop, you still cannot make your own. Even if you no longer participate in Ransolites but also dont want to get rid of any. Though there is a small chance I could do some Ransolite stuff here, just not nearly as much as in the new site
I will not be mentioning the new site until I am fully confident in making the changes, you can ask though
I hope by opening shop elsewhere for possible USD, I have a larger reason to make and sell Ransolites. If I kept going as I am and find myself with a job and chores, my free time will be sliced in half and most likely put towards writing rather than game currency I have little use for. Even if I only make 1 sale a month, its better than none at all.
I cannot expect to always be able to make designs forever, but at the same time I do not want to throw all the work away when I still want to keep it going, even if its slow.
A lot of things are foggy at the moment but I hope to be able to make it though with the shop still in tact

The Ransolite cave needs a reboot
If someone new decided to show up now, they would be greeted to 10+1 posts with hundreds if not thousands of words. It is extremely cluttered and filled with fluff, disorganized and giant. Any attempts at fixing it would just be repainting an old canvas while getting a new one would be so much easier.
I would be able to remove things no longer needed (Do we seriously need a lake AND a river? A beach AND an ocean?) split apart each section into different posts so its not all stacked in a giant wall in one post. I can take what I learned here and move it forward to improve the cave and make it more understandable and fun for myself and everyone else!
It will take some time for all the remodeling and relocation, but I assure you I will let this place know when I am finished and ready and give people here a headstart and perhaps help to migrate over settle!

I'm stepping down from my position as an artist. I won't be moving with the shop. I apologise for those who miss my designs, and I apologise for being the one who promised they'd try to work through the backlog of dances as my main priority. I apologise to anyone I'm letting down with this announcement.
Personally, I believe the management of rans is starting to go against my own beliefs and wishes for the species. Maybe in the future I'll return with a different shop, or maybe not. We'll see how life and such plays out.
I wanted to let everyone know about my decision in my own words. Not letting anyone else speak for me.
I will be stepping down, unless the management of rans changes hands. In which case, I might consider returning. But as of right now, it's a no from me.
