The news reported this, every trainer in the world is affected. Suddenly it seems like all your pokeballs containing your pokemon team are locked and unusable. Reports even say even pokeballs not containing any pokemon are broken too, meaning they can't be used to catch pokemon. You're stuck with only one pokemon, since only one of your pokeballs haven't been locked.
Is this the end? even highly skilled trainers can't defeat Genesect with only one pokemon. But then the other legendary pokemon tell that you are one of the chosen and are giving you a weapon inspired by a pokemon to help you defeat Giovanni and free the locked pokeballs.

To sum it up, Giovanni captured
Genesect and used its powers to lock all pokeballs so that no
trainer would be able to use their pokemon to fight him, since they
only had one and that wouldn't be enough to fight him, since all
his grunts had more than one pokemon. However you are one of the
chosen and is given a weapon modeled and inspired by a pokemon to
help in the mission of defeating Giovanni, again. (Because at this
point how many people defeated him?)
1) All PH rules apply.
2) Respect your other roleplayers.
3) No overpowered characters, Bunnying or derailing.
4) No legendary/Mythical pokemon.
5) As you probably guessed from the plot, your character is only allowed one pokemon. Just one. you are allowed to mention other pokemon in your team but they cannot be used at any point in the rp.
6) Your weapon must be based off any pokemon and one of their attacks. (e.g: a bow and arrow inspired by Decidueye's attack, Sniper inspired by Inteleon's snipe shot, etc.)
7) Password exists somewhere here. I lost it oof. JK nope. It's Giovanni rude.

She is average height for her age and wears a pink hooded jacket, long black pants and brown boots. seeing as she only needs to carry one pokeball now, She has a messenger bag instead of her normal backpack. It's the right size to carry one pokeball and all her other necessary stuff.

Personality: fascinated by ghost Pokemon from a young age, he dress in black and purple to feel more in tune with then, though this does result people seeing him not so trustworthy in the first glance. But in reality hex is a very calm and kind individual, always happy to bring their information or suggestions towards the table thanks by this they very easy to accommodate with other individual easily latching onto teamwork when necessary. Surprisingly even not bringing himself not to hate the ones that hates him the most.
but if you hurt or take something of hex that they care about deeply he will not be afraid to show you any Mercy. Though this can be there downfall as they won't stop until one side falls down, mind focus on offense then defense hex easily taking recoil form all and any attacks, Heavenly wearing himself to exhaustion as they gloss over the pain until hex can't anymore take anymore pummeling the pain on to their body all at once.
reason why hex ace and other Pokemon level is fairly low is because they're not much of a Pokemon battler, as a simple minded person that saw conflict as a temporary solution towards problem, he never saw the real "fun" in unlike most trainer though this does bring the question how he got the scar circling around their neck but they don't seem to mind it much as long as if you don't ask question. In reality hex wants to become a Pokemon researcher or even a assistant of one but this was put on hold form the whole debacle.

Arashi considers herself fairly tall, standing at around 1.72m (5'8") in her high-heeled boots, with a slender build, 52kgs (115lbs). Her pale-gold eyes are framed by thick lashes, whilst her feather-soft hair is silver, almost white, and smells faintly of vanilla. Contrasting with her charcoal black outfit, her skin is smooth and milk-white. If not already obvious, her dress was designed to resemble that of a bird, likely her Honchkrow, with black wing-like details hugging her waist and collar. Additionally, Arashi has a matching headpiece, plus gloves. Her boots are knee-high, the heels giving her a couple of inches on top of her actual height, which she feels is not important to announce. It may seem like an impractical outfit - it really is - but she's no longer your average trainer running around in the wild. Arashi is usually never in a rush, her Pokémon can fly if need be-

"What... was that saying..? Calm before the storm?"
Arashi, aka "Storm Rider", is the current reigning champion of a faraway region, who specialises in, both, flying and dark-type Pokémon. Her peers that stand beside her in the league, would describe her as a bit of a mystery, whose actions tend to be as unpredictable as the weather, but someone whose good mood should be taken advantage of. Challengers of her region, on the other hand, know "The Storm Rider" for the brutal battles she holds up. As a person who defends her title viciously, she wrings out every last drop of hard work that each trainer has to offer her.
Thus, whilst Arashi may seem completely untroubled on the outside, there's really no telling what may be brewing in her mind. Arashi as herself, rather than "Storm Rider", is a rather awkward person. Since becoming her region's leader, a casual social life has been pretty non-existent, usually resorting to just staying behind in the palace her region's league is set in unless needing to meet with others for business. Travelling as a teen was lonely as others avoided being around for too long because her partner, the Murkrow, was considered to be 'unlucky'. On many occasions did Arashi consider releasing the Pokémon, but would eventually decide against it. Somewhere deep down, Arashi cares and has a lot of love to give, she just is unsure of how to express it.

Honchkrow has been Arashi's partner for as long as she can remember. After she had nursed the, then barely-hatched, Murkrow back to health, as it had fallen from its nest during a storm, it visited her often bringing shiny gifts of gratitude. Now evolved, Honchkrow will still occasionally bring her shiny things that it finds. He doesn't seem to be particularly fond of other people, and will try to snatch sparkly things from them; However, he can be temporarily appeased with spicy Poffins and/or red Pokéblocks.

Yoru no Ōjo: Unsheathing the katana causes a black mist to manifest around its wielder, somewhat resembling large birds wings. When bracing for an incoming attack, the shadowy wings may wrap around the user to completely absorb Psychic-type attacks, or significantly reduce the damage received from Ghost and Dark-type attacks. When using the Yoru no Ōjo to attack, a slash from this blade will inflict Dark-type damage on the opponent. On the fifth slash, the user's Crit Rate will increase slightly.

Appearance: Ellise is tall, she used to tower over her friends at school but is now just a touch above most people - enough for her to be considered quite tall but not too much that it causes her problems. Lanky would be a good way to describe her build, occasionally people will comment on how her legs and arms seem too long for her body. Her hair is a blond, curly mess that she struggles to control but when it has been brushed properly, it is extremely soft and resembles her partner Pokémon. She wears a desaturated, blue green knitted turtleneck jumper with sleeves that are a bit too short. Her jeans are a pale blue ad has a small, subtle, white floral print over them. Her chunky trainers were white when she bought them but now appear to be gray, almost as if dirt is magnetically attracted to them. The laces are also white. Other than that there is nothing notable about them. She carries a green, canvas backpack with her wherever she goes.
Personality: Ellise is a very friendly person who enjoys the company of others, even if she doesn't often have anything to say or want to speak up. She can't stand loud noises because she has very sensitive ears. If you offend her for any reason, be it disrespecting the environment, other people or Pokémon, then she can be very vicious and spiteful towards you, she holds grudges for a long time. Other than that, she can seem a bit mysterious: she doesn't share her emotions or thoughts often. She is definitely a pessimist, thinking lowly of herself and her abilities instead idolizing others. Her favorite hobby is playing the piano but she hates performing in front of anyone except her Pokémon.

Weapon: A bow and arrow based off razor leaf. The bow is a light brown painted with crisscrossing green vines and the tips are cream and are carved into the shape of Whimsicotts fluff. The bow string is a bit difficult to see as it is so fine. The arrows are tipped with metal, painted green and shaped like a leaf and are very sharp. The arrow shaft is similar to the bow, brown with green vines and is fletched with fluff.
Other: Her other 5 Pokémon were Appultun, Mincinno, Swadloon, Bellossom and Eldegoss. She misses them dearly and keeps a team photo of them in her bag which she touches when she gets nervous, a habit she doesn't want others to notice, it was taken before Appultun and Eldegoss evolved but it was the only one she has of them all together. She thinks Giovani is very rude.
