They would begin walking again, making there way to what looked to be a candy store. It wasn't your average gas station store, either, but one of the huge candy stores with giant gummy worms and make-your-own jelly-bean bags and the like. Winter was inside in a heartbeat

"Ooh, candy!" Emerald exclaimed excitedly. He seemed to have regained some of the energy lost in taking care of Oren and making sure he didn't run off in any shape or form. He entered the shop happily and looked around. Oren would follow and looked around also, with a beaming smile on his face.

Nau had grew tired waiting for the group to be ready for the investigation, so he decided explore the town like everyone else. He walked around the town occasionally stopping to closely look at somethings that caught his eye. Nau then noticed the candy store, he was taken back on how big it was and took a minute to look at it. He then notice the rest of the group be inside "I guess that's where everyone went.."

Of course Winter had brought some money with him. The candy was pretty expensive, though, and despite how well his work payed him, he guessed Kiro and Roran probably wouldn't approve if they learned he had blown all his earnings on a hoard of giant gummy worms, so....he grabbed one--just one!-- box of giant worm, then a much cheaper bag of small worms and took them to the counter. The lady working was a bored Arcanine, who perked up with a grin when she saw him.

Frozzy followed into the store, "Wait for me..."
She watched them while remaining at a distance, despite her preference for sweets she wasn't really interested in the candy and other sweets. "So.. How's uhh your leafeon friend Summer doing? Is that her name, I don't remember clearly... Big bro mentioned her abit..."

"Summer?" Emerald asked. "Well...let's see...she's fine as always?" Emerald said as he looked around all the different candy, while keeping a paw on Oren. "Still working in her cafe. I think she's doing fine..." Oren was excitedly looking around all the different candy, and then broke away from Emerald because he saw other people, potential people who he'll be working alongside with. It seems like he had spotted Nau.

Margo trotted down the street, smelling her way to the place she knew would be there. She came to a halt in front of the huge double doors of the candy shop. She grinned, then flew through the doors. She almost ran into a cute Rockruff who was bounding off, and she giggled. She made her way straight to the large candies, where she grabbed a huge bag of the big candies. She nearly fell over lifting it off the shelf and began to totter towards the cashier counter, where she waited, huffing and staggering slightly, behind a white vulpix. oh that's cool, she thought, examining the pokemon. "hey you," she said to the cool-looking vulpix. 'You look super weird! Did you die your fur, or were you just born like that. Is your fire white too?"

Winter's ears flicked. He had just finished paying, and was turning back to where his friends were shopping when he noticed a shiny Umbreon looking at him. He wasn't even sure she was even talking to him at first, mostly when she mentioned fire, but he was still a vulpix, and he was the only other pokémon in line....had this Umbreon never heard of regional variants? "Uh...I was born like this, and I don't use fire, I'm an ice type." As if I needed someone to remind me... He winced, his lip curling as he though back to a certain someone.

Nau decided to wander in the candy store. He was still in awe by how big the store was, he had never seen a candy store this big. Granted he never actually seen a candy store before but he knew that this is bigger than usual. Nau didn't notice the excited Rockruff coming towards him, he was a little too distracted to notice

"WOOOW. I've never seen an ice type Vulpix before! I like how pretty your fur is. Is it soft? Do you get hot all the ti-" she cut off as she realized the Arcanine was impatiently tapping her paw. With an oomph, she heaved the box onto the table. "How much? And do you have any wrapping paper?"

"Those? The cashier replied, ringing them up. "Bout 1800PD for all of it. As for wrapping paper, I'm afraid we only have plastic bags."

Winter had opened his mouth to reply before seeing her turn to the cashier. Awkwardly, he backed up and made his way over to where Emerald was just as Oren ran off, carrying the candy in the bag around his neck. His tail flicked as the Rockruff ran past him

Emerald was distracted by Frozzy walking off...he wandered what was going on with her. She was usually very hyperactive... and then he had finally noticed that Oren had ran off. "OREN! Don't just run off like that!" Emerald cried out as he was holding a bag or two of star shaped fruit gummies. He noticed Winter watching the escapade, and his exasperated expression lightened somewhat. "Ah, hey Wints." Emerald was glad to see an old friend at least.

Oren had come skidding to a stop near Nau and was hopping excitedly on the spot. He remembered seeing him at the hotel and was eager to make friends. "Hello!"

The Umbreon sighed, but handed over the pd. It was almost all of it. Margo grabbed the box, the took one of the big bags. She staggered out the door, then opened the box and dumbed all the contents into the bag. She chucked the box onto a large recicling box, and walked off, with the bag, to find somebody who sold wrapping paper.

It seemed there wasn't any sign or hint of where wrapping paper would be sold, but there was a strange-looking boltund walking out of a Restaurant, licking his lips, before proceeding to confidently walk down the street, vibing to songs on his Ipod. Perhaps he might be worth asking?

One of the Boltund's earbuds seemed to float out of its ears as he turned to her. "Hmm? Wrapping paper? Yeah, follow me." He grinned at her, and began leading the way confidently through the town, his earbud still floating beside his head, outside his ear. He seemed to be heading for a general store.
