Flicker of Hope (APL part 2)
Forum-Index → Roleplay → Flicker of Hope (APL part 2)Faith looked away with a hard-to-read expression. So that's what would happen to her? She'd become a soulless monster that would be hell-bent on killing?
Lucky had managed to spit the gag out, but even so, she didn't have anything to say, even if she did she was too exhausted. Letting her eyes look around her crib like tube. It was clear she couldn't open it from the inside. But maybe, if she could at least free her head from the strap somehow. At this time MT shambled in, observing the green Ocotling for a few moments before making its way to the large jar on the side of Lucky's cage. With somewhat jerky movements it removed the full jar and replaced it with an empty one. As it did so, Lucky's arm unconsciously spasmed some from the ink extraction, the full jar slipped from MT's "hands" and shattered on the ground spilling most of the ink in the jar.
MT looked to Lucky as if to see if had been intentional, but from the exhausted look on the Ocotlings face it was clear it wasn't, her body had merely reacted from the lack of ink in her system. But even still. . .
She headed down the same path as Lucy, keeping far enough distance away to stay out of Lucy's line of sight, but close enough that Faith could still follow her.
Benton was watching as the large jar to the side of Lucky's cage continued to fill, this was the third jar and Lucky had stopped moving, but the slight movement in her chest indicated she was still alive. MT was there as well, guarding Benton almost.
(No one stop Faith, Gecko and I got something planned out.)
