are they bugged for anyone else? for me they show as three icons that represent an image, but no image ever loads and the title is "/ / plushie". i tried getting one and i received the plushie but the image was still just the icon and i couldn't see anything different in my collection (although i might've just missed it).

please interact with my kricketot I swear hes nice

I'm getting the same thing happening. They (the pic's) don't even show in notifications either. I got 2 of them already myself.

It's a bug that appears for everyone. Please stay patient, it got reported and riako will sure fix that.
I also suggest not to try to get the plushies currently. Please just wait for them to be fixed.
