RP Sign Ups


Suvansh woke up at dawn to a completely normal day, for an einharji. His room was full of thick forest cover, just like the one he used to visit every weekend to plant a tree. He was here for about 3 years now. The first room on the 373rd floor of Hotel Valhalla.
Nextdoor lived his half brother Rohit. He was a late sleeper. He woke up at about 8. His room was a beach, the one near their old house. He enjoyed the lapping of the waves. He got ready and went over to the breakfast room, to see the madness had already begun. Suvansh was gently eating his breakfast. Many others were just throwing battleaxes and swinging swords around. He could see Suvansh had his sword as a bracelet today. It could turn into anything, just like Suvansh himself. Rohit gently brandished his pocket dagger.

Aurora's eyes flickered around her room. It looked like the sunlit conservatory she used to live in, in Australia before she moved to the USA with her half sister. She stepped out of her room and ran into Lenora. Lenora looked about as different as her sister as the sun and the moon. Lenora had ebony colored hair and a friendly smile. The only thing they shared was the silver eyes. Aurora had fair golden hair, that matched that of her mothers.

Mack had just been brought to vallhalla by a Valkyrie. He was very confused, and had no clue what was going on. All he new was that the golden band on his finger hadn’t been there moments before

Jaden stumbled out of the elevator doors onto the lobby area of floor 373. All of this was so confusing... Valhalla? Norse mythology? A building with this many floors was crazy enough... Looking around, Jaden could see a lot of other people walking around,going about their morning routines... enharjar? Was that the word? She glanced around, a bit intimidated and overwhelmed.

Mack walked out of his room to ask Jaden if she had any clue as to what was happening. He explained how he died, and how he had been brought here by someone who called herself a Valkyrie.

Aurora nodded to her sister and began heading to eat. She bumped into Jaden. "Oh sorry." she says, stepping back and continuing on her way. When she got there, she spotted a boy from her floor. What was his name again? Suvansh? She narrowed her eyes and sat down in the nearest open seat.


Lenora watched her sister. She sighed a little bit. She rubbed her chest, where her lungs were. It was a side effect, of dying the way she did. Her breathing wasn't that strong. Her mind goes back to her sister. "She won't ever it in here." she murmurs sadly.


Sol finished brushing her hair. She would have to visit the new one later, as she had only just brought her. She pulls her hair back into a ponytail and clips her pilums to her side.

Suvansh quickly had breakfast and went out for his daily stroll around the hallway. He notices a lean and scrawny girl of about his age. Of about the age he died. "Looks fresh" Suvansh thinks. He goes near her. "Hello! Welcome to floor 343! I'm Suvansh. The first room from the left here is mine. Feel free to ask me anything you wanna know."

Kirent stirred in his bed, then jolted awake, his hands going to his neck, feeling his windpipe. He sighed, remembering the feeling of claws tearing him open. He looked around again, suddenly confused. "This isn't my room..." He jumped up out of bed, running around the room, exploring everything, trying to find some trick or illusion. Finding none, he then spotted the restroom. "Water, yes.. I'll wake up soon enough, right? This is all a dream! Has to be!" He stumbled into the smaller room, turning on the sink and splashing himself in the face over and over. Looking up, he nearly screamed at the mirror from rage, his mind all messed up, trying to figure out what this place was. He gritted his teeth, his calm facade falling away showing his rage, and punched the mirror, the polished glass shattering.

The morning wasn't easy for Remus. He had been fighting bandits who were attacking the village he had moved to to get away from his parents. He wasn't good at fighting, only having a bit of hunting experience. But his support was proving valuable as he was able to snipe off a few bandits from a distance. The tables were turning at any rate to the villagers favour who had managed to hire mercenaries to fight for the village. He leapt down from his spot, and rushed to get a better spot. However, an arrow struck him directly through the chest, he gasped and coughed blood...one arrow. It was all it took. Just one arrow. He couldn't believe it. He had only wanted to make a better life for himself...he had only just wanted to live freely and now...and now...

"W-was there...any more...I could have...done...?" were the last words from the teen as he fell

Jaden shook her head. "No... I know as much as you do; a Valkirie took me here too... but she said she had to leave to go somewhere, so I was left alone and... here I am." She responded sheepishly. "I'm Jaden, by the way..." Jaden tried to speak confidently, but dying definitely put a damper on her courage and self esteem. I mean, come on, who the heck dies by a snakebite and a fall?

Jaden turned quickly as Sunvash spoke to her. "O-oh, I'm Jaden." She told him a bit spooked. "I'm a bit lost... my Valkirie ran off somewhere, and I'm not sure where I need to be..."

Sol's eyes gleam. She decides, on a limb to visit Midgard. Something catches her eye. Someone, who appeared to be fighting bandits. She watched as he got struck with an arrow. "He's worthy." she decides. She goes down and gets a closer look.

Rohit eats his breakfast as slowly as he ever does. He notices that the new girls Aurora and Lenora were sitting nearby.

"Sure, thank you!" Jaden answers, visibly relieved. This whole 'death hotel' thing was stressing her out... would she be here forever? She already missed her little brother and mother... they must be worried about her! Jaden wanted to go back... but that probably wasn't an option was it? She shoved the thought aside, focusing on the building.

Kirent tossed on a pair of shorts over his current boxers, grabbing a shirt but not putting it on. Nearly kicking open his door, he looked around. Seeing nobody nearby, he started to follow the hallway in one direction, eventually coming to an elevator. Stepping carefully inside, he gasped, spotting the hundreds of buttons. He furrowed his brow, panicked, and pressed the lowest one he could find, hoping that it was floor one.

"Ok so whats your room number?" Suvansh asks.

Rohit fidgets with his dagger. He throws it at a dart board nearby. He wasn't even really looking, but hit a bullseye. He was practicing this since he arrived here.

Lenora catches Rohit's eye. She grins and turns back to her food. She finished quickly and watches her sister pick her food with the fork.


Aurora nudges her sister and Lenora gives her an innocent look. The glare at each other for a moment.


Sol takes Remus's wrist and summons the soul. She looks at him. "Don't struggle." she murmurs. She takes him back to Valhalla.

Mack returned to his room and sat on his bed. He still didn’t know what the gold ring on his finger was. He took it off, and it immediately turned into a sword, which startled him. He dropped it from shock and the flat end landed on his foot. He was lucky that it didn’t cut him, but it was heavy. he yelped in pain and quickly tried to turn it back into a sword.

"Hmm..." Usually Jaden had a great memory, but, again, remembering dying could be quite distracting, even with her focus that she prided herself on. She fumbled around in her pocket before pulling out a piece of paper that the valkirie had given her before flying off. "It doesn't say... but it should have my name on the door."
