Ziracc shook his head and set his hand back down on the table, breaking himself out of almost a trance. "S-sorry about that, Devon." He took another sip of coffee , swallowing hard with his eyes closed. Setting the cup down respectfully, he turned the handle of the mug away from him. "Uh... Anyways, uhm..." He rubbed the back of his neck, not knowing what to say.

Devon looked down at his hands. "No, it's... it's fine." He was also unsure of what to say, but hesitantly he started to choke out a question. "Do you think anyone will go back... there?" He felt like he didn't have to mention to island in question, it was all over the news.

Ziracc looked down at his lap, his teeth gritted, a small *hulp* escaping his mouth. His face was clearly red, like somebody had just asked him out. "I.. Uh.. Well, I was planning to try and find my friends of they're alive, and if not... Recover them.." He looked back up at Devon, ever so slightly.

Ziracc looked at him, his intense blush fading quite a bit. HEe locked onto Devon's eyes, disbelief etched across his face. "Y-you would? You don't have to if you don't want to you know! I mean-" He kept talking, his brain trying to believe what Devon had just said. Mostly, it was a string of roughly related nonsense.

Nodding slowly, Ziracc looked back down at the table. "It would, wouldn't it?" He seemed distracted by the designs on the wooden table, the swirls and knotholes and whatnot. He grew silent, one of his fingers tapping a slow beat.

Aria listened to the conversation as she worked. It sounded interesting, and she was glad there were some other people who were going to be going to the landmass. She then pulled herself out of the thoughts before she messed up an order. Her shift should be ending soon...

May paused for a few seconds, looking down at the sidewalk. She had an odd feeling... It was like something was telling her to go back, go back to the café. Why? She kept asking herself that question, but nothing seemed to answer. She hadn’t gone there in 5 months... what made her want to go back now? She hated the place... She sighed and gritted her teeth, then made her trip back.

Ziracc looked toward the door, watching for somebody. "They're coming back." He muttered it to himself, although it was audible to Devon as well. " Why? " He shook his head, glancing back at Devon, then again at the table, a light blush forcing its way to his cheeks.

She noticed that the sidewalk wasn’t as crowded as it was a few minutes ago, which was strange to her. It was pretty normal for the crowd size to fluctuate in the day, but of course, May didn’t go out much to notice that. She had her hands in her pockets, brushing against the handles of her knives as she walked. Maybe she should just go home after the trip to the café... It would save her the trouble of dealing with this weird crap. She stood right in front of the café, hesitant to enter. Before entering, she let out a small sigh and closed her eyes, preparing herself for the weird and unpleasant smells that would hit her as soon as she walked in. She opened the door and took a step in, paying no attention to anyone else in there.
