“I swear...you remind me of Lady Hilda as well...” Leif said,
slightly unperturbed. “But even if I am knight, it’s not like I’m
not going to stoop low. I do whatever it takes.” Leif replied with
a grin
"I spent alot of time with her. People swears she is my mother. But
its rude to gossip." She says and smiles

that. You've come down upon this battlefield... as an Angel of
Death" ~Bungo Stray Dogs
"you were too correct"
"And he is still breathing? Lady hilda is like a flower in my
father's garden, beautiful but could have you be dead in a few
minutes in right conditions.

"Oh no.... he sounds like more trouble then my father left alone
nowadays when he isn't asleep...." she mutters

She nods. She starts coming up with a small scheme, knowing that
there will be a mock battle later on.

"Already thinking of a scheme eh?" He could tell by he expression.
He also checked on Iola to check if he was doing alright with the
tea and snacks while he kept up his guard.
Iola was indeed doing well, having pulled out a book to help pass
the time. It wasn't anything special, just a detailed account of
what happened during the last great war. The account was quite in
depth and although no author was credited, Iola knew that it had to
be written by one of the surviving combatants.
He quietly used the kettle he had prepared to refill the cup Iola
had with hot water. He looked up at the sky to see it was already
evening. He sighed, knowing how much time had passed with his
friends and that it'd be time to part ways soon
Ester sighs alittle, taking a small notebook out a writing some
notes in it before closing it tightly. "Well, I have to go for the
night. Thanks for the tea!" She says and runs off to the library.

He watched her go. "...Ester von Riegan...she'll be tough in the
mock battles..." He murmured as he turned his attention back to
Iola. "You doing good there buddy?" He smiled gently at him
"She seemed like a good person though. It's a shame she's in a
different house..." Iola murmured, gently closing his book. "I'm
good, thanks. Thank you again for the tea, it was really good." He
thanked, standing up to brush some of the dust off his pants.
"Should we also get going?"
He nodded. "Let's. We should go get some rest and then we should
prepare for the mock battle soon...and then for the battle of Eagle
and Lion...it happens so quickly..." Leif murmured as he looked at
the orange sky. He looked over to the dorms
"We'll be fine. I think?" He laughed, putting away the book and
beginning to walk to the dorms. "And we have the certification
exams as well... Wonder how well we'll do there..."
“We can start them straight after the mocks.” He smiled. “That’s
what I’ve heard at least, and the beginners ones should be a
breeze. Just have a basic knowledge of your weapon.” He had a hand
on his dorm room door
Ester heads off to a secluded area of the monastery and writes a
small letter before giving it to a bird and sending it off. She
sighs once she can no longer see the letter and looks around. She
knows alittle about the mysteries here, yet she wants to find the
answers her father could not. Maybe it will help them find the
world they want so desperately.

Nodding along, Iola found that his dorm was quite close to Leif's,
just a few rooms apart. "Well,vi suppose we'll just have to see
what life throws at us." He smiled, small and private only shared
between them.
