Sam is in his free period, sitting in the schoolyard, wondering about life
and how some people are born with powers, and how some aren't.
he then starts to think about HIS powers but quickly stops thinking about
that, as his powers absolutely terrify him. he gets up and walks to his
next class: gym. Sam always has HATED gym class, as he is not very physically strong/active.

Sam sits down on the bleachers, all by himself.
he sees alex shooting a basketball, and Sam starts
to run calculations about how a person would need to
throw the basketball in order to make it into the hoop.
he then looks at charlie and wonders how she came back
from the dead. he pulls out a book and begins to read,
making sure to not make eye contact with any other people.

Alex threw the ball and it bounced off the rim, but she wasn't discuraged. She grabbed the ball and tried again. It went in this time.

Charlie extended her wings so they can strech a bit, they would get cramped if they stayed folded up for too long. A few loose feathers floated down by Sam, they had the consistancy of a bird's feather, which did make sense after all.

Luke's face is red, mostly from the 10 whole push ups that he did. He's flustered out, too tired to move. He starts dragging himself across the floor. He goes over to Sam, the only other person like him and sits on the bleachers. The teachers don't mind cause they know Luke is so weak.

Gym was really the only class May liked. She at least got to do some fun stuff, unlike every other class in this school. She does the requested exercises before going off and messing with the other kids.

Julie hated gym. She was required to do so much dumb stuff and she hated it. She sighed, hoping to take a nice long break from all the exercise as she sat down on the bleachers. For some reason a lot of kids left her alone even though she was exactly like Luke and Sam. Maybe it was because she was a girl? She wasn’t expected to be the sporty type unlike the boys... She sat down near the two and pulled out her notebook, taking some time to draw

Push ups were laughably easy for Julian, doing a few reps of push ups and jumping squats. He was definitely more athletically inclined rather than academically and it showed, his physical prowess far outstripping his peers. It was easy to get into the rhythm of easy exercise, the strain of muscles bunching together to push himself satisfying and familiar. it was so much different from brawling, the easy repetitive motions easing his mind.

Luke, holding his violin case, watches with amazement as Julian easily does his exercises. How did he do it? He leans back on the bleachers in between Julie and Sam, waiting for something big or just anything to happen like get hit in the head with something.

Sam sees the feathers and picks one up.
he sees that it is bird-like, but it doesn't
belong to a bird. he figured that it probably
belonged to charlie. he goes back to reading
his book, sitting alone

Slipping into the gym, Saburo looked around Luke's body, whistling in appreciation. "Well, we got a meathead here." He pointed out no doubt startling the other boy. Smirking up at the older student, Saubro danced away while examining the other's violin case. "You play?" he asked vaguely, pointing towards the instrument.

Luke jumped in his seat on the bleachers, startled and confused that someone wanted to talk to him. "Y-yes. Why do you ask?" he said nervously, holding onto the case tightly. He looks really nervous. He thinks the only reason he is being talked to is so the person can take it and break it.

"Cool cool." Saburo hummed, nodding in appreciation as he completely ignored the question. "Hey, how well do you think a rap using a violin background would sound?" Smirking, he tipped his head at the nervous boy. Oooh was he scared of someone both younger and smaller than him? That was hilarious, Saburo would have to exploit that. Walking up to Luke, his smile became something a little darker as his moved up into the other's personal space. "Or do you want me to do something else with that pretty violin of yours?"

Blinking slowly, Saburo laughed and backed off. "Chill, I won't." He snickered, taking a seat beside Luke. Russian was a bit surprising but Saburo knew enough of the language to understand what he was saying. He couldn't reply, not having enough knowledge of the language to partake is a full on conversation but it was nice to see that he wasn't the minority. Being visibly foreign in a different country usually provoked ridicule from others. "So, what do you think? About the rap thing. I think it might be cool, blending classical music and modern rap together."

"I can actually play really any music on the violin. I've played since I was about 7 years old." he said. "What kind of music would you ant me to play, on the free period next period." he said. He never likes to get in trouble with anything.

Raising an eyebrow, Saburo turned his gaze back to the class going on in the gym, resting a hand on his chin. "Whatever you want. I don't care. Play what makes you happy." He grumbled. People so easily bendable like Luke infuriated him to no end. People needed to learn to grow a gosh darn backbone. If you had power, you could control the situation. "What do you like to play?"

‘He speaks Russian?’ Julie thought you herself as she looked at Luke and Sayuri. She had learned very little Russian from her grandparents, but not enough to get a full sentence out. She was focusing on learning Norwegian, she didn’t really know why. No one she knew spoke Norwegian, and she didn’t have a good reason to. She sighed and turned back to her notebook before thinking a bit further about Luke. She took piano lessons when she was younger, but never got through it. She was trying to take keyboard lessons, which she guessed could be associated with learning piano, but was stuck. The violin seemed interesting though...

May looked at Luke, Sam, Julie, and Saburo with curiosity. What in the world were they doing? She decided to ignore them and focus on Alex and Charlie.

"Well, I like to play a variety of songs. Mostly from the group Imagine Dragons though." he said. That was his favorite band. Why was he telling someone about what he likes? He looks a lot calmer then realized people were noticing that he was talking to Saburo and a group of older kids made a finger across neck motion, and then he knew what was going to happen next for talking to someone this week.

Julie looked back at the group that made the rude gesture and glared at them. Why’d they do that? Who was it directed to anyways? She sighed and leaned back. “Those dumb idiots...” she muttered to herself.

"Huh, never heard of them. You're going to have to introduce me to them." Saburo shrugged, catching the older kids glaring at them. He smiled in retaliation and flung and arm around Luke which was.... awkward to say the least. His small stature only lent itself to him wrapping himself around Luke's waist but it was better than nothing as he childishly stuck his tongue out at the bullies. He could already see that the reason why Luke had been scared of him at first was because of those older kids and honestly the bullying had to be so ridiculous that Luke would be scared of a 13 year old that weighed 53 kg soaking wet on a good day. "As for me, I really like Daoko. Ever heard of her?"
