Fen padded into the living room, his paws aching from the walk. He
felt a pang of pain from his chest cut, but ignored it. There were
more important things to worry about. He turned to Blaze. "It's the
forest on the edge of town, where I got beat up by shadow pokemon,"
He says patiently.
“That’s interesting, those must be some strong Pokemon” Blaze said
as he looks at Fen, he looks at his injuries “did you get those
from those shadow Pokemon?” He said
Yoru sat on the couch, from her vantage point, she looked around,
her gaze passing over the other pokemon. She waited for everyone to
get situated, what she was about to say may just change the way
they lived and saw the town, maybe for the worse. She sighed
Mia hadn't left the couch she had been seated on since her talk
with Fen. She looked at Yoru, hoping the zorua could help to clear
up her situation. Every little bit helped, to be honest.
Fen nodds. "It's not that bad," He half lied, not wanting to make a
spectacle. The wounds still stung, but Fen could ignore it. Fen
turned to Yoru, obviously hoping that she knew more information
about the shadow pokemon than they did.
Blaze looked at Fen and knew he kinda lied, he didn’t really
bothered to ask him though, he looked back at Yoru and hoped the
Zorua will give them more info about the “Dark woods”
Walking back in, and seeing a lot of commotion in Yoru’s room,
Riptide padded in to see what they were talking about. It must have
been the place with all the dark pokemon! He wondered if
everyone there was a human before. He knew for sure Fen, and Yoru
were humans, but not the others
Furu was sitting on the floor and then she looked at Yoru and hoped
the Zorua will give them more info about the “Dark woods” abd then
thought “ what even are these woods “
"The legends of the Dark Woods... It's said that shadow pokemon
live there...that's what they're called. Apparently there are two
types of shadow pokemon...ones that had their brains artificially
deprived of all emotion by 'humans' and...the ones in the Dark
Woods. Apparently they're called 'Shadow Synergy Pokemon'. Those
orangey yellow crystals on their bodies, those are know as Shadow
Synergy Stones." Yoru racked her brain, spilling out all the
information she had been fed as a young kit to the newcomers. That
was the first half of the legends she'd been told, but she figured
throwing it all at them at one without giving time to process the
information they were given was probably not the best idea.
Fen nodds, taking in all the information."Okay, I have some
questions. First of all, why would the humans make shadow pokemon,
and why are those not in the dark woods? And what are the crystals?
I mean they must be some sort of rock, but what do they do? Make
the pokemon a shadow pokemon, perhaps?"
Fen turns to Blaze. "There are probably too few of them, since we
were able to defeat them all. And who knows? Maybe something makes
them not very smart, or...." He thinks. "They have some other
motive..."
Noba came back. He was carrying a few berries wrapped in leaves.
His ears pricked up as he entered and listened into the
conversation. Evidently he had missed out on something important.
Ah well, perhaps he could ask Yoru for the bare-bones later. He'd
study whatever it was in deep detail in his own time if need be
"The crystals, as I said, are called shadow synergy stones." Yoru
explained again, glancing at Noba as he entered. "I don't know why
humans do what they do, I'm not a human. That clearly has no
relationship with the shadow pokemon of the Dark Woods."
"Do you know anything else about the shadow synergy pokemon and the
shadow synergy stones?" (that was a bit long to say, maybe Fen
could call them ss pokemon or ss stones).
Nisa had opened one eye while the Zorua was talking. Though she
would rather just sleep all morning, she thought the conversation
was interesting, so she decided to stay awake for that.
She was speechless and did not know what to say and then asked “
are the stones dangerous to the touch “ and thought “ stupid stupid
that’s a retarted question good going furu “
Yoru nodded at Furu. "They are if they aren't attached to a
pokemon. You see, when you touch one, it infuses itself with its
host and becomes one with it, corrupting the mind of the
individual, making them see the world through nothing but anger and
hate and violence."
Noba sat down with his tail slowly swaying side to side. This was
extremely problematic. "...Is there a way to get rid of them
without touching it? Are attacks effective?" He asked calmly as he
sat there with his leafy package
Fens ears perked up excitedly, and his tail waved slowly as he
began to think up a plan. "So it might not be their fault?" He asks
Yoru. "Then can't we remove the stones?" Fen recalls how he moved a
shadow pokemon by flinging it away with it's stone. It hadn't come
off. "Actually... that would be pretty hard to do. Where are all
the pokemon even getting the stones?"
