So, I was thinking, why don’t we have venting thread? There is a lot of people that need to vent to others, and need someone to talk to. Here are some “problems” you guys have with this.

My Answer: Well, yes, but can you subscribe to feeds? They can get lost in your notifications, or you might not get a notification because you aren’t friends. Also, some people might not want people not to post in their diary.

no support, right of the bat. if you want to vent, do it in you diary thread or something. we don't need a vent thread, as it'll only bring some sort of negativity, or possibly cause more drama than their already is. knowing this site, people will vent about each other, and that means mods will have to keep a constant eye on the thread so no drama starts. either do it in your journal, or in a private place.

No support, I agree. That should stay in diary, or you can talk to a friend. That would only start more drama.

This site is aimed to be child friendly.
Another site that has this has the thread in a place clearly marked to be for older users (chicken smoothie).
As PH doesnt have this it's just going to kind of be in the middle of everything.
Considering the subject matter, venting will be kind of censored anyways so really it's best to just talk it out on more adult forums or with your friends rather than a site such as this.
