He hummed a simple tune along the path. He tried to remember what he had lost but he couldn’t. He tried. He was desperate to get his memories back, no matter how painful they were. He looked completely lost as he walked around

He smiled brightly. “Oh, pleaseeee! I would love to! Do you battle like momma? She says you have to always be..what’s the word...vigilant! Vigilant about your Pokémon’s health! A healthy Pokémon is a happy Pokémon!” He spoke fast, almost gasping at the end of his sentence. His Nickit chirped at him, licking his face as he laughed.

“I thought a primeape got stuck up a tree for a bit.” Her joke almost sounded like she was serious, with her monotone voice. Her slender form approached the tree, long legs making her movements almost deerlike. She had a strange aura about her. Like she didn’t quite belong.

“Once...but momma said it’s trainer liked to hurt people and rushed me away. It was scary. There was a big crowd and a lot of red.” Loch murmured softly.
