Faith's eyes locked on Benton's, yet they didn't show fear or worry as he had been expecting. "Kidnapping children now are you? I thought you weren't like your companion, Dr. Money."

Snowflake picked at the glass shard, eventually getting it out, but cutting up her fingers a bit in the process.

Faith recoiled her shot leg breifly, taking a moment to examine the wound to find it was a somewhat deep nick but nothing life threatening. "Oh please, using a child for black mail is still stooping to his level. What have you even been doing all these years? Planing world domination?" Faith commented the last part somewhat jokingly. A soiler emptied his clip at her but Faith blocked the bullets with a wall of fire, all of the bullets dropped to the gound useless. Benton's soilders recoiled in fear.

Faith shook her head to clear it, but it still throbed in pain. Though a bit dazed she pulled herself up, using the van for suport. "You still sound like Money, I think he's grown on you some."

Flay could hear a bit of what was going on, even from that far away. She had to stop herself from going back and helping. I can’t get Snowflake in danger... She realized that Snowflake had cuts on her fingers and the pain in her shoulder decreased very slightly. “Thank you,” she whispered

Faith coughed, as her lungs desparately tryied to get air from the breif moment of having her airway restricted. She glared up at him from the ground. "Dancing Flames!" A round translucent orange shield made of fire suddenly shot around Faith, burning Benton's pantleg.

*The flesh burned off of Benton's. He fell to the ground and looked at it. He kicked Faith's face with the other one. He stood back up and began to choke her* Im gonna kill you, and then everyone you love *Benton was blasted back by a loud shout. Lucy flew down to the ground and blasted all of Benton's men into the wall. She picked Faith up and put Faith over her shoulders* Everyone, follow me!

The kick had broken the shield and landed on Faith's temple, stunning her long enough for Benton to begin choking her. When the blast forced Benton off of her Faith lay there gasping for air again, Lucy's gentle hands pulled her up, Faith looked at her, barely recgonizing her. ". . .Lucy?"

Faith did as she was told knowing Lucy's power even from all those years ago. Faith shot back at Benton and his men an especially strong beam of fire, she didn't expect it to hit, but rather make a diversion to help Lucy get away.

She placed Faith down on the bed and closed the blinds* I told him to keep you and your children safe *Lucy went to the restroom and grabbed a medical kit. She walked back to Faith and touched her leg, making her wince.* I need to take out the bullet Faith

Flay saw Lucy and Faith going into the hotel, so she knew that she was safe. She began to relax a bit, allowing her to run faster with better ease

Faith gripped the bed post and nodded, giving Lucy the okay to remove the bullet from her leg. "Wait, who's "he" Lucy, you said you told him to keep my kids safe. You mean Sal?"
