Gyles took a glance at the King and considered taking a fake name
to hide his identity. His eyes slid left and right, narrowing them
with thought. A fitting name? After exploring the corners of his
mind, he went to the last name he could think of, Nocturne. Taking
a breath and pushing away his anxiety about looking strange, he
gave himself into the corruption. "I'm Nocturne! I pleasure working
with you all, hehe." He knew the corruption seemed to make him
insane, but this confidence was unexpected.
Kayn's eyes dart from one assassin to another and he takes a step
back when his shy nature gets the best of him. He vaguely thinks
trying to hide is stupid but doesn't make a move forward or
backwards. "I-I'm... My name is Kayn. H-Hope we can all get along."
he says with an unsure smile, feeling a little naive in thinking
that they could all get along just like that.
Mean while Violet and Bloom had packed up all their things and were
getting ready to head out. Violet picked up a few more potions and
stuffed them in the side of her huge bag.
Kimaru looked at all the assassins before he took out his map. “It
will take about two hours to get there on foot” he said while
folding the map up. “Let’s go!” He said with a smile and ran
out.
Namine leaves the safety of the temple she is hiding at and heads
into the woods to collect some things

that. You've come down upon this battlefield... as an Angel of
Death" ~Bungo Stray Dogs
"you were too correct"
Kimaru saw Ethan running towards the bar. He made a barrier out of
air in front of Ethan. It was invisible just like air but it was
there. “Don’t stay in there, just get some then catch up to us” he
said.
Duncan waved from across the bar at Ethan giving him a smile as he
placed a drink near a woman. "Sandra meet one of my colleagues.
This is....er....shoot I am sorry I forgot your name."
Nocturne took a second to think about what to do next. He was
pretty sure he'd be numb to the cold, so maybe getting warm gear
would be a waste. Looking into his pocket of his hooded cape, he
saw the savings he had left, thinking they'd be enough to buy some
cold gear for the others. Stopping Kimaru by putting his hand on
her shoulder, he gave a low greeting followed by the question, "I
can get us some warmer clothing before we head out, if you would
like."
Kayn had wandered off when no one was really paying attention and
was back with some proper clothing for himself before anyone really
noticed his absence. And if the clothes were, in a way, stolen no
one really had to know. Not like anyone could accuse him of
anything without evidence anyway. "We should probably move out."
Kayn practically mumbles as he tries to hide his face in his new
but, very likely, temporary scarf. "S-Should I get the drunks?" he
asks with a slight embarrassed stutter as he fidgets with his
gear.
Rain rested in the shade of a tree as he listened to the sounds of
water and small critters rushing around his still form. It felt
calm, peaceful even. Too peaceful. He imagines this is what people
mean by the saying calm before the storm. He could only wonder how
long it would take for the storm to reach him or if he could simply
out run it. He let out a small sigh and decided he would move in
the night.
Kimaru sighed and looked to Nocturne. “We need to get going, I’ll
be fine since air acts as a natural shield around my body. I’ll go
grab them” He said as he walked into the bar. He located Duncan and
grabbed him by the collar. “Let’s go!” He said.
