She sensed Chae approaching her which prompted her to lift her head, though the same unbothered expression was plastered across her face. 'These, scientists or whatever, apparently look for weaknesses. Channel their unfeeling and let it take over your body.' she thought to herself, which apparently worked as it gave her the green light though she was quite convinced she wouldn't have gotten the red light in the first place.
Once the doors closed, both Garrick and Marina exhaled, the former looking over at Kaz and the latter rolling her neck around and sitting on the cold ground as she let her own emotions back in her body. "Crybabies pass somehow." he remarked, loudly enough for assortment of angels and demons remaining to hear, though he actually wasn't surprised that Kaz passed considering the boy had some major powers.

Kaz: yeah... also sorry about getting agressive with my sparing Keita... ehehehhh... but ... i wonder what will happen next? What will happen to those that failed it...
He heard Garrick’s remark and growled under his breath “yeah sure and a a@#hole like you is any better...”
Lizzy: pffft anyways... i do wonder what would of happened if I hadn’t of passed
She looked around at her roommates until her gaze rested on Chae. I couldn’t even imagine.
She didn’t feel good for passing. She felt awful. Dirty, even.

"You lied, Chae," she said, her voice as sharp and cold as ice. "You let that little boy fail, didn't you? If Gray finds out she'll kill you. She'll file you for termination. I'm tempted to tell her myself."
"Shut up, Chao," Joshua snapped, glaring at her. "Do you really want to lose another sibling?"
(aaaa, yeah, everyone is. sorry if i didn't make it clear enough that it was everyone, i just didn't want to name each character)
Taura let out a deep breath of relief when she saw the green light. She watched as all the others that had been in the room with her passed as well. However, her gut twisted when she saw the ones who hadn't passed file out of the gym. She had made it. They hadn't. She felt a bit guilty, despite not knowing why she had passed, why any of them had.
There wasn't anything she could do though. So Taura just stood, listening to others' cry and cheer, trying to enjoy this small victory and not think about what the next part might be.
Garrick looked over at Chae, Chao and the others and shrugged it off. "Kid's got charisma." he chimed in to the argument.

"Leave him alone, Chao," Joshua said, his voice raising. Chae curled closer to himself, looking even more terrified than he had before now that there was a full-blown argument right in front of him. "God, you're the worst excuse of an older sister. He's trying his best, okay? He doesn't have to tell you anything."

(We got out of that for now)
Keita:Yea, but that was close, let’s hope that I don’t do anything that I will regret.
(Yea but, if you start listening to the people, you won’t go back to your family)
Keita:it’s better off if they are safe, by now if they don’t hear anything from me tomorrow, they will move, and hopefully be safe.
Give me time B)
Marina, after finally getting everything under control, undid her hair, letting it flow freely. She looked up and began analyzing everyone's behavior, similar to how she was before she decided to speak up initially. "Enough with the hostility!" she shouts. "What's done is done and unless someone tells that-- lab coat chick, it's fine. We are all here, we were the ones trying to find a way out of here, so let's try to keep it that way so we can all survive another day. Forget about the stupid boy, pull it together and suck it up." she finishes, flipping her hair in a matter-of-factly fashion afterwards.

"Don't you dare," Joshua replied, "he has his reasons."
"Oh really? Then what are these mysterious reasons, huh? What could drive him to fail a kid?"
"Stop it, Chao," Joshua growled, "He doesn't have to tell you anything. Come on, Chae, we'll as Cocoa to take us back to our room-"
"He asked me to," Chae murmured, cutting Joshua off. He didn't elaborate, just curled his knees closer to his chest and stared off into space blankly. He was so, so tired, the kind of tired he felt when he couldn't sleep for days because of medication or side effects. Nausea curled in his stomach, but he pushed it away.
